Eaubonne : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

We had a great time at this Airbnb. The location was perfect, near many great restaurants and cafes. The area felt like a more local part of Le Marais. Arnaud was a great host, who was very responsive and helpful before we arrived and during our stay. The apartment was comfortable and decorated with a lot of charm that made you feel right at home.

This place was perfect for our Paris trip, location is everything and this place has it! Close to a metro, walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Everything me, my partner and sister needed for our stay. The host is very responsive and clearly has done this many times, check in was super easy as was checkout. Would 100% recommend

This is hands down the best Airbnb I've ever been to! The location couldn't be better: with a 10 minute walk you get to the Eiffel Tower! The apartment is wonderful, it is VERY cozy and clean. Alexandra is an amazing host and helped us the very few times we needed something. It was worth every cent! I hope to be back there as soon as I can!

We stayed at Charles’ place for the Olympics and was a great decision! The apartment is close to all attractions and venues in Paris and is only 5 minutes away from a train station that gets you right into central Paris!! The apartment had all amenities for our stay and felt right at home. The local area also has nice restaurants and pubs. Charles was always very responsive and he also arranged for me a flexible checkout time!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a cosy place in Paris!!!!

I literally adored Rachel place. Having the lift to the 5th floor was a big plus compared to to all the other places I stayed in Paris. The flat is large, clean, has lots of of storage and mirrors, lots of light and fresh air. The kitchen and bathroom are big and have everything. There was no clutter around the so I could make it my own space for 10 days. Rachel arranged to accommodate a friend of mine who stayed 3 nights. I highly recommend it. Rachel is vert responsive and I would not recommend her and her flat more to other guests.

Wir durften in den Osterferien (NRW) 4 Nächte in dieser tollen Wohnung übernachten. Sie liegt mitten in Marais, in einem dritten Stock in einem sehr ruhigen Haus. Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten zu einem kleinen,geschlossenen Hinterhof und ist dadurch sehr leise. Unsere Kinder, 10 und 12, haben auf dem Ausklappsofa im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Während das Schlafzimmer Verdunklungsvorhänge hat, kann man im Wohnzimmer nur die abgebildeten, durchscheinbaren Vorhänge zu ziehen. Trotz der zentrale Lage war es abends/in der Nacht relativ ruhig im Wohnzimmer (in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft sind eher Geschäfte). Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und voll ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Victoire war sehr freundlich und bei Problemen war sie schnell erreichbar u. konnte uns weiterhelfen. Die Wohnung lag für uns optimal, um Paris zu Fuß und mit der Metro zu erkunden. Unser Auto parkten wir unter dem Hotel de Ville ( Parkhaus), da keine Parkmöglichkeit.

Apartamento muy cómodo para cuatro personas. Que Danielle hablase español ha sido muy acertado. Atentos en todo momento, agradecer que nuestra llegada fuer por la noche y nos habían dejado el desayuno para el día siguiente. Nos recomendaron y nos hicieron la reserva de un restaurante que también fue un acierto. Totalmente recomendable, nos trasladábamos en Uber aunque el metro estaba muy cerca. Aunque no pudimos conocer a Emilie en persona, siempre estuvo atenta y disponible para cualquier consulta o situación. La casa es muy acogedora, amplia y decorada con mucho gusto, cuidando cada detalle para hacer sentir como en casa, creo que es mas linda en persona que en las fotos. Cuenta además con lavandería y acceso a un parque privado, lo que la hace aún más cómoda para estancias prolongadas. El entorno es muy tranquilo y perfecto para descansar, sin estar lejos del centro de París. A pocos metros hay una parada de bus que lleva directo a la estación de tren, lo cual facilita mucho el traslado. El jardín es un gran plus: amplio, con mucho verde, mecedoras para relajarse y una barbacoa ideal para disfrutar al aire libre. Todo invita a quedarse más tiempo. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar y volvería sin dudarlo.

Notre séjour dans je logement d’Olivia & Dom s’est merveilleusement bien déroulé. Le logement est impeccable. Très propre, charmant, facilement accessible en métro et en tram depuis Paris. Le quartier est calme et agréable, avec possibilité de parquer un véhicule facilement. Commerces à proximité. Le jardin et la spacieuse terrasse sont agréables. Idéal pour une grande famille.

Lieux proche des transports , accessibles facilement. L’endroit est calme , l’accueil est super, cela donne envie de revenir ! Maison entièrement propre avec a disposition tout ce qu’il faut!

Je tenais à vous remercier chaleureusement pour votre accueil. Les instructions étaient très claires et précises, ce qui a rendu notre arrivée et notre séjour encore plus agréables. De plus, l'appartement était impeccable et bien entretenu, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous immédiatement. Had a great stay in Paris, this small cottage was very cozy and great to share on a friends trip to paris, would work great for a family as well! the area was really safe and walking distance from all touristic places! Would definitely stay there again :)) keep in mind that the restroom does not fully close which was the only downside when it’s a bigger group.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

Estuvimos 2 noches en este apartamento con encanto, muy típico parisino. Con todo lo que podíamos necesitar al lado de la rue Mouffetard, increíble situación y muy tranquilo. Sandro súper amable pendiente de nosotros y dándonos todas las indicaciones necesarias. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Un excellent logement, à seulement 10 minutes en bus de l'aéroport CDG. Proche d'un très joli parc avec jeux pour enfants (à la mairie), de commerces et restaurants. Parfaitement équipé pour couples et familles, même la baignoire bébé y est ! Propreté irréprochable.
