Escape from your busy life for an incredible peaceful get-away. This luxury waterfront suite is the perfect place to relax, recharge and reconnect. Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

Shore Thing at Lake Sinclair

Escape to tranquility at our secluded Lake Sinclair getaway! Perfect for family gatherings or a weekend with friends, this cozy retreat offers something for everyone. Kids will love the bunk room, providing a fun and comfortable space just for them. Nestled on the peaceful east side of Lake Sinclair, our property promises the serenity you crave, away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy access to the boathouse and dock, making it easy to explore the lake or simply relax by the water.

Lake Oconee Waterfront Cabin+Fire Pit+Dock+VIEWS

Where memories will be made and where spirits will be renewed! Completely private lake front cabin w/private dock. This rustic yet modern cabin is all about views views views! The whole house has tongue & groove wood ceilings and walls that provide a calming, peaceful vibe. Amazing sunrises/sunsets/lake views from large windows throughout home. Cook whatever you catch in the lake on the grill or smoker right outside your gorgeous lake view screened in porch (w tv!)

Lakefront Upper Level Villa in Cuscowilla (D-Unit)

Villa Positano - Unit D is a waterfront one bed, one bath lodge villa inside of Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee. Big Water views abound from this upstairs unit in the private resort setting. It has a huge upper level outdoor terrace for dining, lounging and enjoying the view. This unit lives like a small apartment with open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The bedroom has a king bed, TV, French Doors to another balcony and an ensuite bathroom. 2 night minimum.

Rest and relax at the Hidden Cottage Lake Sinclair

Sit back and enjoy fantastic sunset view while soaking in a hot tub. The deck has lots of room for grilling, and eating outdoors, relaxing in rocking chairs or lounging. Eatonton is not far away with nice restaurants. The Crooked Creek Marina is close by if you are bringing your own boat. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking pans, etc. Keurig and regular coffee pot. Enjoy the fire pit, fishing, canoeing and hot tub - at our quiet Hidden Cottage.

The Real Reel

Two bedroom 1 bath lake front home with beautiful gardens that bloom year round. Escape from the hustle to enjoy the water, listen to the songbirds or enjoy a book by the fire. Heat up the grill or watch the water while rocking in the rocking chairs on the screened in porch. This location is the most peaceful place in Georgia. We offer kayaks, floats and stand up paddle boards for some downtime. Put your boat in the water or rent one at the marina!

Property B - 2 Bedroom home in secluded cove

Property is a 2 unit house, We have renovated and moved into unit A full time and excited to be finally living the lake life!! Being onsite will enable us to be more proactive with maintenance etc. Water front in secluded cove with Dock for your use. Ample parking out front for vehicles and boat trailers. Boat ramp and convenience store within walking distance of house. Property is located off Rt 44 near Harmony Crossing. SORRY NO PETS.
