Eastern Visayas : locations de vacances avec sauna

Enjoyed our stay at Roland’s apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Loved the easy access to all restaurants and water sports activities by Grab. Roland was very responsive and appreciate him coming to pick us at the airport and give us a nice overview of Lapu Lapu. I would not hesitate recommending his apartment to other guests and will definitely stay here when I am back with my full family

Roland was awesome. Gave us lots of local information, personally picked us up and toured around to show us the best restaurants and everything we needed to know. Accommodation was great and in perfect location.

Ria Jane and her team provided great service and they were very polite. Any issues were resolved quickly and I really felt at home at the One Pacific Residences. Mactan Newtown is very clean and quiet for Lapu-Lapu. Everything felt at arms reach. Nice beach access within 2000'. Nice Gym. Very comfortable bed (slept like a baby) high quality furnishings and appliances. All kitchen amenities were provided. Nice covered parking for a scooter for very small fee. I actually miss it now that I am staying somewhere else. Thank you.

Roland was a great host. He met me at the residence, walked me thru both condos and explained everything. Roland had information for all the best restaurants, water sports and tours available as well. A host doesn't have to provide that information but Roland went above and beyond. We will be contacting Roland again for our next trip to the Cebu. Thank you Roland for a wonderful stay

Roland war sehr zuvorkommend. Schon vor unserer Ankunft hat er uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben um den Verkehr von Cebu zu umgehen. Dazu hat er uns auch noch vor der regulären Check-In Zeit in die Wohnung gelassen. Als wir dann da waren hat er uns mit allen Informationen versorgt, sodass wir uns direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt haben. Der Blick aus dem Master-Schlafzimmer war übrigens Arie Kirsche auf der Sahnhaube 🤗 Vielen Dank dafür!

This was our second stay in Roland’s condo units. Worked out really well as a great base for our stay on Mactan Island. Thoroughly recommended. Worth verifying information found on the guide sheets as some of it was out-of-date last time we visited, and it had not been updated this time.
