A newish pleasant Apartment in a large apartment block, surprisingly no hot water but comfortable and quiet, good Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. There was plenty of paperwork checking in and checking out.

Wir durften zwei unbeschwerte Tage in einer herrlichen Anlage verbringen. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und geräumig, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Man hat eine gute Aufsicht aufs Meer und über die Stadt. Natürlich sieht man aber auch die Menschen in ihren Wellblechhütten nebenan leben. Zu Fuß ist man schnell aus der Anlage draußen und kann sich unter die Einheimischen mischen. Aber man kann auch den Zimmerservice nutzen und sich Leckeres aufs Zimmer bestellen;-). Sowohl Angestellte als auch die Vermieterin waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die unbeschwerten Tage

Definitely had a great stay with my family! The host and caretaker is really accommodating and really loved the ambiance of the place and the highlight — near the resort 🤍 just literally walking distance. All in all 10/10!

The room and place was clean and comfortable. Everything was just as whatvwas indicated on the description and shown on the photos. Sir Jorman was bery friendly, responsive and accomodating. There's lot of things you can do around the area if you reaearch enough. There's a fee of ₱350 to access the shared beach. It's worth it since you can access all amenities including their infinity and only 7mins walk from OMP. There's also a nearby Bus Terminal if you want to go somewhere especially to Cebu City Tops. Fare was only ₱51 from Mactan Newtown to IT Park Lahug. Hoping to go back to make new and better memories ✌️

This is a great place to stay, everything we needed was within walking distance. Groceries Church Restaurants Gym Pool is very nice. Mikee is very responsive and a great host. Really cares about her place. Would definitely want to stay here again any chance we get.

Mylene is a great host and keeps in touch as ofteh as possible. Place is tidy and sparkling. Nothing is too much trouble. Building staff are helpful and easy to approach. Definitely a place to relax. It is near Shopwise, the beach and other places to dine.

Das Appartement ist super. Internet sehr schnell und zuverlässig!! Pool ist klasse. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Joiner/Gäste müssen sich registrieren lassen mit Ausweis. Geht aber schnell und problemlos. Badestrand: Die Eigentümerversammlung hat beschlossen, dass ab 24.Okt.2024 nur langzeitgäste(>=6 monate) oder eben Eigentümer den Strand kostenlos nutzen dürfen. Gäste müssen 350 php pro Strandbesuch zahlen. Ich war bei Ebbe mal dort. Ist untauglich, da die Wassertiefe bei der Begrenzungsleine Hüfthoch war und ein Schwimmen jenseits der Leine einen sofortigen Ordnungsruf auslöste. Fahrrad: ich hatte ein Fahrrad dabei. Ich hatte sowohl Roland/leonora gefragt als auch das Sicherheitspersonal. Ich sollte mein Fahrrad 2 Fahrstuhletappen bis in den 17-ten Stock schleppen. Was völliger Unsinn ist!! Hinterm Haus gibt es gesicherte Parkplätze für Motorrad und auch Fahrräder. Die habe ich genutzt, gab auch kein gemeckere. Zusammenfassung: super erholsamer Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Gastgeber

We had a wonderful extended stay here. The **view is spectacular**, the **location is excellent**—just a 10–15 min walk to the beach (paid access, but options to get in for free or 350 pesos). **No bugs**, **fridge is nearly full-size**, **washing machine works well** (even has hot water), and the **front desk answers promptly**. **GrabFood delivers to the lobby**—we had amazing sourdough and pizza! The host was **very responsive** when issues came up (stove, aircon smell, shower). We made a few comfort tweaks like moving the bed and bringing an air fryer we loved. Small things like the **kettle being too hot to handle** and lack of gym access were a letdown, but we found a great gym 2 minutes away. Overall, a great base with a little creativity and a lot of potential. Highly recommended!

Tutto sommato. era ok . sono stato bene . e collegato molto bene . ha ristoranti e un piccolo centro commerciale nelle vicinanze, pecca troppi bambini che come lavoro fanno le elemosine .. ma la sera tornano a casa.. molto insistenti e male educati.. ma li e la famiglia che sfrutta queste cose.mi dispiace per loro ! la persona di contatto era veramente disponibile e molto gentile. un punto di forza di questo alloggio ! l’appartamento in tutto era buono. l’unica pecca che in ascensore e all’ingresso potevi fare la sauna ! per il resto posso dare un ottimo voto !

I highly recommend this place , everything is clean when it comes to bathroom, kitchen and bed. And the spot of this unit is very nice because you will see the beach and so far this is the best Airbnb that we try and when it comes to the host , the host is responsive about our concerns . I would love to stay here again .

수영장 앞에 있는 방이라 아이랑 지내기 너무나 편리했다. 천장이 높은 것도 매우 좋았다. 작은 문제라도 있으면 집 관리인이 즉시 달려와 해결해주어 너무나 감사했다. 주변에 학원과 상점이 많아서 생활하는데 매우 편리했다. 다시 선택하고 싶을 정도로 만족한다.

We had a great time staying at your place. It’s truly fully furnished. The building security guards and staff were also friendly. I’d just like to suggest updating your photos to clearer and nicer ones because, in person, your place is much more beautiful, organized, and neat than what the pictures show. It’s also a great way to attract more guests through better marketing.
