Richard's apartment was in a good location, easily accessible to Manhattan with a short walk to local transport, shops and restaurants. It was very comfortable and had everything and more that we needed for our stay. We particularly liked the extra attention to detail that Richard included such as cold drinks, coffee pods, soap and extra towels so that we really didn't have to buy anything ourselves. Our host was extremely attentive and responded to questions immediately and also provided us with useful recommendations for shops and restaurants which we used. The apartment provided us with the perfect stay for our family holiday in New York.

Perfect Airbnb for my group of 8! Easy to get to, very clean and comfortable. Silvia was an excellent host, and very responsive / helpful. If I ever needed to stay in the area again with a group, I would definitely book with Silvia!

We really enjoyed our stay here. it was close to where we needed to be and the interstate. Shopping, coffee, gas and the park were close and convenient. The kitchen and eating area was a little small but other than that, a good value. Asyie was always available for questions.

Kona is a beautiful home to stay. The place was clutter free and well decorated, it looked exactly like it was on the photos. The house was very well maintained. The rooms were large and lots of well planned space. Elayna is a great host. She was always ready with an answer within 30 minutes of asking. She is not only responsive but very friendly. The property had all the amenities as promised in the description. I would recommend this place very strongly to friends and family for future. I would rate Kona a five star property and Elayna a five star host.

El apartamento es mas bonito que en las fotos.. limpieza impecable . Denia siempre amable y respondia a tiempo. Fue retador el uso de 1 solo baño para los 4 que fuimos, pero nos organizamos bien en los horarios para salir a tiempo a cada actividad.. Volveria nueva vez!!

Eugene was incredibly flexible and so friendly! he has an amazing Oasis in the backyard that you just have to check out! Would definitely stay again!!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich großartig, toll eingerichtet und hat eine super Lage, um nach New York City zu fahren. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es außerdem ausreichend Möglichkeiten für ein Frühstück. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was impeccably clean, and located in a very safe neighborhood. It’s conveniently close to New York and Manhattan, with easy access within 25 minutes. Plus, there are lots of convenient stores around. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any minor issues promptly. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area

El hospedaje está increíble, moderno, limpio, ordenado, muy bien ubicado, ideal para desplazarce a Manhattan, el bus pasa en la esquina. La zona muy completa, hay de todo para comprar. Martín se portó increíble, siempre atento a cualquier detalle, nos dió instrucciones muy claras, lo recomendo 100 %. La pasarán increíble.

The apartment is new, convenient and well-equipped. The furniture and all accessories were brand new at the time of our stay (April 2025), we hope that the guests and the owners will keep everything in such a good shape in the future. This hotel-style unit is spacious and quiet, facing a large inner plaza, with double-glazed windows that are effective against noise. The Manhattan view is great, day and night, as mentioned in most of the guest reviews. There are Venetian blinds on the large windows but be aware that they don't completely block the morning light from the east (if you are sensitive to this issue). The bed is comfortable and the linens are nice. Jeff is super-responsive and cooperative, willing to satisfy his guests. In general, Hoboken is a very pleasant small town and New York is easily accessible from there. In conclusion: A highly recommended Airbnb apartment in Hoboken NJ.

I loved the place , everything was near by and it was clean and had everything I needed while my stay. The host was very responsive at all times . I'll definitely stay here again .

Lovely clean apartment, spacious and nicely decorated. Host was very professional and attentive to customer needs, responding to communications promptly. Considering the apartment could host up to 7 adults, a few (larger) pans could be included. As Europeans, we missed having the use of an electric kettle. Nevertheless we loved the apartment and definitely would book again and highly recommend.

Patricia and Raul are amazing hosts. They were super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process - both during the booking process and throughout my entire stay. The 2 or 3 minor issues I had during my stay were taken care of immediately. The unit is as described and looks just like it does in the photos. I can't say enough about what good hosts Patricia and Raul are. Their responsiveness and quick solutions to minor problems made my stay perfect! Thank you!

We stayed for 6 nights. The accommodation was everything we needed, very clean and very close to great amenities, restaurants and bus transport. We were very happy with everything.

Sunday es un excelente anfitrión, excelente comunicación, amable, muy atento y sobretodo muy respetuoso. El lugar es mejor de que pensaba se respira tranquilidad, armonía, tienes detalles que destacan la propiedad. Tiene cosas extras para los huéspedes. Definitivamente el lugar es hecho con amor. Le daría una 100/100 y seguro que regresaré.

Great location walkable to PATH Grove St Station and surrounded by good dining places. Check-in was pretty easy with clear instruction. Room as described and clean. The hosts were friendly and responsive. Overall a good stay. Definitely recommended!

Great stay in Hoboken for our family of five. Beautiful apartment with plenty of room and very nice backyard area. Location is very accessible to PATH station and great restaurants. Definite will stay here again.
