Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! Historic Old Stables in central Bishops Stortford

The Old Stables are in a courtyard, set back from Windhill, right in the heart of Bishops Stortford, close to restaurants, pubs, cafés and shops. Conversion of a historic coach-house and stables into a self-contained cottage which sleeps 4 or even 5/6 by arrangement. There is a high-ceilinged entrance hall with wood burner. The spacious kitchen is well-equipped. There are two double beds in the same room (one on a mezzanine floor above the other) and a double sofa bed in the dining area.

Barn Cottage is within easy reach of the market town of Saffron Walden, the historic Audley End Estate and Cambridge . It is comfortable in all seasons having underfloor heating and electric radiators . You have everything you need for a short or long stay. There are many wonderful country walks starting from the cottage.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.
