Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

Whether enjoying the fully private heated swimming pool (ONLY AVAILABLE 15th May-28 Sept 2026) or cosy log burner in winter, The Hideaway is the ideal place to relax and unwind. 15 minutes drive to the North Norfolk beaches of Holkham and Wells-Next-The-Sea. Sandringham & Burnham Market also nearby. Fakenham is a mile for shops and we even have a good village pub!

A fantastic extremely well-presented one bedroom barn conversion located in a quiet and secluded location just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast. The property has been finished to a high standard, with oak flooring, log burner. Open plan living impressive vaulted ceiling, outside there is an enclosed patio garden, and parking. There's also the Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve run by the Hawk and Owl Trust to reintroduce native birds to the area and to protect the natural environment.

This boutique cottage is located in East Barsham, a small village nestling in quiet, rolling countryside less than 3 miles from the market town of Fakenham, with excellent access to the North Norfolk Coast at Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkham. The area is renowned for its bird watching opportunities with Cley and Titchwell within easy reach.

This small & cozy 2 bed cottage is set in the village of Hempton, ideal for couples and small families it is located approx 10min walk to Fakenham town centre. Fakenham is a lovely market town with plenty of local amenities including some great places to eat. The property is equipped with the comforts you’ll need for a great stay, with parking available on Bakery Court which is a short walk through to Oak Row. Free WI-FI. Great pub & lake around the corner.
