Het appartement en het complex zijn nieuw en modern ingericht. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alles is aanwezig: borden, bestek, glazen, handdoeken, stofzuiger, strijkplank, föhn, etc. Alles wat bij een woning hoort. Het appartementencomplex is 24/7 beveiligd en er werken zeer vriendelijke mensen. Je bent in 10 minuten in het centrum en de taxi (GG) staat vaak al klaar nog voordat je tijd hebt gehad om je schoenen aan te doen. Kortom, een aanrader voor wie het niet erg vindt om iets verder van het centrum te zijn.

Our stay was excellent — we felt like we were at home with family. Everything is brand new and fresh, and the owners are so warm and hospitable that we didn’t want to leave. It was truly a great stay, one of the best we’ve had in Armenia. The house has a beautiful terrace with an amazing view of the mountains and the city — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The area is peaceful and quiet, but just a 10–15 minute walk brings you to a large supermarket (Yerevan City) and a very affordable restaurant (Vega) — our personal favorite, though there are other good options nearby as well. It's also worth mentioning that there was one day when the area had no water due to an incident, but the owners provided us with stored water and made sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at Hovhannes apartment. He was very responsible and the place was very clean. We’ll be back!:)

Хорошие просторные апартаменты в самом центре Еревана. Есть балкон. Относительно не шумно (на сколько это возможно в центре города). Очень удобная локация, весь центр Еревана доступен пешком.

Large clean apartment close to the Republic square and several grocery stores. The highlight is the view of Masis and Sis mountains also known as the Great Ararat and the Lesser Ararat. They can basically be seen from every room in the flat if the weather is clean. 5/5

First of all the landlord(Naira) was pretty kind and helpful, I ask what ever question I had regrading transportations service and..., apartment was pretty clean and calm there is one nice and cuzy balcon which poale can enjoy armania soft wind at night, location is pretty close to different markets, shoppings,restaurants, I could say almost everything is in your hands in short time!! There is also some fruit shopping which you can enjoy Armania organic fruit and also eggs,milk... I can write more but I think is enough ☺️. Thanks Naira

Первое, что хочется отметить, это чистота и уют. Всё было идеально убрано, что создавало ощущение домашнего комфорта с первого момента. Квартира в реальности оказалась значительно просторнее, чем на фото, что стало приятным сюрпризом. Отдельно хочется поблагодарить хозяев за гибкость и отзывчивость. Они позволили нам заселиться раньше, что было очень удобно после долгой дороги. Также они организовали удобный выезд, позволив оставить вещи после освобождения квартиры, что избавило нас от лишних хлопот в последний день пребывания. Расположение квартиры оказалось очень удобным. Она находится прямо около исторического центра, в районе Конд, что позволило нам легко добираться до всех главных достопримечательностей города. Кроме того, хорошо работали службы доставки, что было большим плюсом. Мы остались очень довольны и благодарны за предоставленное жилье.
