It is indeed nice and cozy place. Windows are on the west side. Sun lights balcony from 3 pm till sunset at 7pm. Air conditioning works well. Balcony is really spacious. You have everything you need in the apartment. Location is great too. Shopping mall is 100 meters from the building. Fitness center with pool & tennis courts is 10 minutes walk. Though highway is nearby, it is pretty silent in the apartment. No insects, no birds. Great place to stay!

Levon and his wife are absolutely AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and so welcoming. Their house is a dream house for anyone who likes the traditional Armenian style. In fact, the place is where they both live so its super cosy and you feel totally at home. If you are after luxury, or a super comfortable bed and pillows, this place isn't for you but if you are looking for a place to feel at home, be comfortable, safe, have great hosts and have everything you need + the best location possible in Yerevan, then don't hesitate to book it. The balcony and the view! What can I say - it's almost impossible to find anything like it. Also its important to note we arrived at 5am and Levon greeted us with no problem - he also let me stay in the house until 10pm on my last day rather than midday which was the checkout time. Levon, thank you so much for being such great host. If I come back, which I know I will, I would love to stay at your place again if you let me! Nariné's place was really good ! we were 4, the rooms were good, the appartment had a stunning view on Mount Ararat and really 2 minutes from Cascade. Nariné was also a great host, very helpful and responsive!

Great and spaceous place at super convenient location! It is only few minutes walk to city center. Metro station, grocery store and bakery just across the street. Vardan is a is great host, prompt with communication and ready to help with everything!

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, especially during check-in — they made everything easy and welcoming. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent panorama view and interior design. One small inconvenience is the absent of shower. Instead there's a jacuzzi which is not good for talking everyday's using.

A simple apartment, but in a perfect location with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The property includes an art gallery, which adds a truly special touch. The hosts, Ruzanna and Ruben, were incredibly kind and warm-hearted – Ruzanna even cooked us the most delicious traditional dinner and gave us a personal tour of the gallery. I would absolutely recommend this place for a unique and authentic Garni experience!

I had my best stay ever in Yerevan at Adrineh's place. The place is absolutely beautiful, the ceiling is height, the apartment was clean, authentic and very functional. Communication with Adrineh and Tatyana was also a bliss. I absolutely recommend it and I will not hesitate to come back again when I'll be back to Yerevan.

Lilit is a very reliable and responsive host, and the flat is very neat and comfortable. We had early morning flights outside of check-in/out hours and she was very understanding about it, so we weren’t stuck outside. Would happily stay here again!

Tigran's apartment was like a home away from home - spotless and comfortable. Fully equipped with everything one needs for a their stay. The location of the apartment was very convenient and easily accessible to the city. Tigran was attentive and responsive. I had a wonderful stay!

Nous avons passé 40 jours dans cet appartement. La placement central de celui-ci était très pratique pour profiter de la ville, visiter les sites touristiques mais également pour faire des courses. L'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé.

First of all, I am thankful to our great host, Armen! He was responsive and helpful all the time. It is located in 2nd floor, however Armen helped us carring our luggage. The location is accessible to all important places you might visit in Yerevan in walkable distance. We had great accommodation all in all. My tip is to watch for the hot water tank in case you need to take shower.

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

Hasmik was a lovely host, very accomodative to all our requests. 100% fast, clear & accurate response. From the very moment we booked the villa, the communication was crystal clear & she offered every possible help she could extend. The area is quiet, peaceful & serene, walkable distance from Victory park. No difficulty in finding the place for our tour guides or taxi drivers. Safest since it's in the middle of many embassies. Perfect for leasurly morning walk. Breakfast was very homely and we loved her amazing homemade jam collection. We read so much about her culinary skills, so we booked a dinner with her, but our only regret was we had to cancel it since we couldnt match our late timings with her dinner time. Surely next time. Her lovely family with very talented children stays on ground floor. So it was more like staying with them as a family and not guests. She said soon they all are shifting to a building nearby. Highly recommended !!! Looking forward to visit again.

Хорошая квартира, мне все очень понравилось, но она уже немного не свежая за такие деньги и лейбл luxury. Удобно ходить пешком в центр, но обратно тяжеловато в гору. Есть небольшой gym, но там почти все тренажеры сломаны.

Ara è un super host, sempre disponibile, e il suo appartamento è pulito e rispecchia perfettamente le foto pubblicate. Vorrei segnalare che il giardino e la piscina, anche se non ho avuto modo di utilizzarli perché disponibili solo stagionalmente, non sono privati ma fanno parte di un contesto condominiale. Tuttavia, restano comunque sempre accessibili e utilizzabili senza restrizioni dagli ospiti. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata, le stanze sono spaziose e i bagni completi, anche se segnalo per gli ospiti italiani che solo uno dei bagni è dotato di bidet. L’unico piccolo limite è che il Wi-Fi non prende bene nelle stanze. Complessivamente è stata un’ottima esperienza: Ara si è dimostrato un host eccezionalmente disponibile. Raccomando vivamente questo appartamento a tutti e sicuramente tornerò!

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!
