We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Their hospitality was truly exceptional, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The villa itself is spacious, beautifully designed, and perfect for a family getaway. With plenty of room for everyone, it was both comfortable and relaxing. The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sea anytime. It’s also conveniently close to Hoi An, where we found great shopping and local experiences. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and we highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed here with my 5 year old son for one week. Although the trip started with something of a last minute panic due to double booking, they made every effort to arrange the dates for us and we were able to stay in the selected room, which had a beautiful view of the ocean and nearby beach. All of the staff were lovely, and made the stay enjoyable for us. There were some issues with noise in the evening but not from the property itself, and they tried to ensure that nearby bars abided to regulations in the evening. Overall, it's a beautiful place to stay for a relaxing holiday and we would definitely stay again.

This was a return visit to Gillian's place and even better than before. The villa has just finished a long term rental - hence no reviews for a while - so it was all re-decorated and spring cleaned before we arrived. It's 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the golf clubhouse. The golf course has been extended to 27 holes - now includes a Jack Nicklaus designed 9 holes and a Greg Norman designed 18 holes, if you like golf. The villa looks out towards the 11th green and 12th tee. The villa is in a boutique development that's part of the prestigious Ocean Villas estate. We tried the spa (fabulous hot stone massage and reasonably priced), as well as the Reflections restaurant - yum! We'll be back !

가족단위로 2 개 레지던스룸을 잡아서 숙박 햇습니다 우선 호스트가 굉장히 빠르게 소통이 됩니다 . 룸 컨디션과 모든것들이 설명해준대로 이며 숙소까지 가는 택시도 부탁 드려 배정 하였는데 기사님과 소통도 완벽 하였습니다 어린 아이들이 있어 교통편 숙박 모두 걱정 하였는데 Huyen 의 친절한 안내도 아주 행복한 가족 여행이 되었습니다 . 제가 다녀온후에도 저희 다른 가족들도 4 월 11일 부터 16 일 까지 예약을 제가 해줫네요 . 적극 추천 합니다 . Huyen ! I appreciate all your help. We all enjoyed our wonerful vacation at your place .

Really great villa and warm-hearted service. English is not good but communication is effectiveXD

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The premises hold a large well kept garden and a traditional Hoi Anese house that has been modernised. There was lots of space and it was all very clean and comfortable. This is definitely a more unique place to stay than the other options in the same neighborhood. We'll be back!

My mother and I couldn't have asked for a better stay at the Phoenix! Helen was absolutely amazing, from getting dropped off and her extremely warm welcome, to the 5 days and 4 nights staying there, we felt at home. Helen and her staff were professional, joyful, responsive and did an amazing job! The property itself was absolutely perfect. It provides the peace and quiet of feeling like you are in the middle of nowhere but in reality you are only a 5 minute walk from the local market and restaurants. The rooms were extremely clean, the AC worked wonderfully and there was plenty of space (I had one to myself). The location is great, you are only a 5-7 minute scooter ride in one direction to Old Town and a 5-7 minute scooter ride the other direction to the beach. If you are looking for the perfect Hoi An stay, don't look anywhere else. Thank you so much Helen and team, you made our stay absolutely amazing and we can't thank you enough! Cheers, Connie and Zev
