We had a great stay here. The house was comfortable, quiet and clean. It was very easy and convenient to get to and there is a supermarket nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools and supplies. The bathroom had plenty of towels and soap and shampoo. There were even some snacks and cold drinks waiting for us. Cynthia was easy to deal with. If we were in the area again, we would definitely be back.

It’s hard to pick just a few good things to say about this lovely home. The location was perfect for the activities we had planned, however, if we had enough time to just stay at the home, we would have been perfectly happy. Everything exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The hot tub and the propane fire pit right next to it, made for a couple of wonderful star filled nights for our small group. There were so many cool things to look at in and around the house, I think we will need to come back to see it all. Can’t wait!

What a perfect place to stay! We were very comfortable in Hazel’s little retreat… we slept well in the king sized bed, had plenty of hot water, loved the bucolic green space and the creek nearby. Our dogs had great walks under the canopy of huge trees surrounding the property. I especially enjoyed watching and hearing the ducks, geese and swans across the street as they paddled to the pond! Thank you, Hunter for providing a perfect getaway spot for your guests!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The house was cute, clean, and comfortable - exactly what we needed during such a busy and exciting time. We especially appreciated how close it was to everything; it made it so easy for us to get around without stress. Eva was wonderfully responsive and kind, answering any questions quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re so grateful to have had such a great place to stay during such a special moment in our lives!

The Red Country Cottage was perfect for our 2 night getaway for myself, my daughter, and her friends to celebrate birthdays. They loved the rail trail, nearby Mexican restaurant and ice cream, and enjoyed a fire in the fire pit. The cottage was lovely inside, set in a wooded lot with peaceful views out every window. Had everything we needed (as described) as well as thoughtful extra touches. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

We had the most peaceful and rejuvenating stay here! The views were absolutely breathtaking — waking up to such natural beauty each morning was pure bliss. The entire place had a calming, serene atmosphere that made it so easy to unwind and truly relax. My pup loved the large yard. What made the stay even more special were the thoughtful little gifts left for us — such a sweet and personal touch that really made us feel welcome and cared for. We were group of 5 and needed 4 bedrooms, and this place was perfect. We really enjoyed it. Bessie was very responsive but we didn't have any issues.

Wonderful spot in Cold Spring! Very near the town center, trains, and lots of hiking trails in the area, but private and tucked away. Was a perfect spot for a group of 6. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable, clean and well appointed stay. Bathroom was stocked with toiletries and kitchen with dishware and water. Excellent location, right at the top of the Main Street in Kingston. Would absolutely rent again, thank you!

Very nice apartment - clean, cozy and well stocked. There is no air conditioning but the windows were open on arrival and there was a lovely breeze. We had a very nice two-night stay.

We loved, loved, loved our stay. The space is so cute and exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio. Graham was helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. Would 100% come back.

Can't think of a better option to the local hotels while visiting my son at Bard. Very comfortable, eclectic, and scenic - with a friendly host and the sweetest cats! Make friends with Kaboodle for free snuggles. Will definitely return next visit. Thanks Tim!

Great location, a few blocks from Main St Beacon. Very nice and clean apartment, perfect for our short stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mark's place. It has an intentional, peaceful charm. It felt very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the comfy chairs. It is very walkable. The Village Grocery and Refillery is so close with delicious organic breakfast choices. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for providing such a great choice to stay in Kingston.

I was so impressed with Annmarie’s attention to detail and amenities. She thought of EVERYTHING to make the stay enjoyable and comfortable, and was so easy to communicate with! I will definitely come back if I am in the area. So grateful for her and my amazing weekend stay!

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation at the Culinary Institute. It was a beautiful 30 min back and forth from the campus. There are great restaurants all around within a short drive. We couldn't have felt more at home. Peaceful location and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need for your stay. We highly recommend staying here for any trip near or around the Hudson Valley.

Clean, renovated, very comfortable bed, high ceilings (good for yoga!), comfortable couch/bed, met expectations as advertised, easy to get to locations within town. Would stay again.

Great place for a quiet weekend in Beacon. It is well located for what we wanted on this visit--off of the main drag, so it is nice and quiet, but just a ten minute walk away from the eastern edge of it. We drove, but you could easily do Beacon on foot if you take the train here. Great access to the trails east of town. The space itself is very much as described, and I really enjoyed it. The use of a relatively small space is impressive, and the amenities (multiple coffee options, lots of kitchen stuff, bathroom with steam shower and jacuzzi) are really above and beyond. If you're looking for a huge space or a minimalist aesthetic, trust the description and the photos and look elsewhere. If you're looking for a very comfortable, quiet, well-stocked spot where you can relax while visiting Beacon and the excellent trails of Dutchess County, this is a great option.

Cozy apartment, walking distance from the water front. Had a great weekend getaway.

Henry and Jorge have such a cozy space! They were so thoughtful with the details in the room and have great decorating sense. I didn’t interact with them too much since our schedules didn’t overlap, but they were both so friendly and gracious when I did. They have a great balance of being personable but also giving you space, which I so appreciated as an introvert! The location was great, peaceful and beautiful while still being close to anything you might want to do. I was in town for some concerts in Woodstock and the drive was so easy.
