This place really took us by surprise. We drove 5.5 hours each way, just to visit and our biggest regret was not booking longer! Worth every bit of the money and drive. The place was private and peaceful. Very safe and secure and very quiet so you can really enjoy yourself. Really feels like you have the whole place and surrounding areas to yourself! Utensils and appliances wise you could see Jane has real care and attention to detail, everything you could need or think of was provided. And that too of high quality not just your budget items. The bbq was a proper bbq which was a joy to use. The hot tub come with lighting and jets. Even the pots and pans were tefal! A lot of time and money has gone into it all. Garden was well lit also for those late evenings. Was lovely to meet Ben also. So much more to say but we won’t ruin all the delightful surprises! Very happy with the stay and we will be back for sure. Thank you! And see you next time.

Wonderful stay in a great, secluded location. Outstanding host who responded to our every needed. Spotless interior and great outdoor space which was loved by our young family. We especially appreciated the complimentary essentials and treats in the kitchen, and small but significant touches around the home such as fresh flowers.

A beautiful couple of nights stay at Chris’ Airbnb. Could not fault the cabin one bit, it was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The outdoor area and hot tub were also spotless and very clean. We would come back here in a heartbeat and will be recommending to friends!

Angus was brilliant very kind and approachable went above and beyond to make us feel welcome the surroundings were stunning so peaceful. ducks and geese on the lake donkeys and horse not to mention the beautiful German shepherds that were so tame absolutely stunning place can’t thank you enough for our stay and we 100% would come back here! Just what we needed! Thank you Angus and Leigh for allowing us to stay your home is a beautiful place!

This was our first time staying at a glamping pod and our stay was everything we could’ve hoped for and more. The amenities and facilities exceeded expectations and the location & scenery were perfect for a tranquil private escape. Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at Pete’s cabin. It was lovely and peaceful. The hot tub was amazing. Pete was always on hand to help re heat the hot tub. The fresh eggs from the hens were a great addition and were very tasty! Overall it was an amazing stay and would highly recommend Pete’s cabin to anyone wanting a lovely peaceful get away!

The Niblet is in a beautiful hillside position. Watching the wildlife from the hottub (Rabbits, Red Kite, Lambs, horses) was wonderful creating the was the most relaxing retreat. A great location to explore the North York moors.

Well located to visit various towns and attractions in Northumberland. Comfy beds, good shower, lovely setting for the lodge. Felmoor has a pub/bar serving food, we also ate at Northumberland Arms in Felton which was outstanding. Brilliant family holiday and we’d definitely return

A really beautiful home from home accommodation. Really well maintained and so close to the lovely beach. Thorough video instructions before arriving about every appliance. Welcoming message and the host checked if all was well on arrival. A reminder about booking out to keep the property safe. Well worth the visit and highly recommend Redcar beach caravan park .

We've just returned from a short stay at my happy hounds. Our glamping pod Hugo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless considering these are dog friendly. The welcome pack was also a nice touch with all quality items. We have 2 dogs one that is very nervous, he settled in well as it was peaceful and private and having ample space for them to run and play at the pod and the secure dog fields, these are a great facility for anyone traveling with a dog. It's only a short drive to find local amenities and finding my happy hounds was easy with Google maps being accurate. The communication from Harry was excellent with plenty of information and help if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and have already started talking of booking again for the future. Great place for a rest and relaxation. Horses and goats outside, kids loved it. Very cosy place for family evenings! Highly recommend it!

Helen kindly upgraded us to their larger accommodation as it was empty and we were cycling the C2C and it had been a cold and drizzly day so she took pity on us! Helen was very helpful letting us know the best places to pick up food en route and even offered to pick up some heavy stuff for us during her shop. Thank you Helen for being so thoughtful!

Very beautiful and clean holiday home. Everything available that you need for a peaceful stay, very beautiful and quiet location with a beautiful seaview. Safe holiday park. Easy to get shopping, fuel etc,. Highly recommend, especially as Lyn is a great host, provided helpful instructions, really thankful to her help from check-in to checkout.

Lovely caravan, really clean and beautifully decorated. They left us a welcome basket which was a lovely touch. Would defo stay here again Tom was really helpful but also left us to it - which we liked. 5 stars!

We had a fantastic few days away at the Maple Pod and absolutely loved it. The lodge was cosy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The surroundings were stunning – peaceful countryside views, fresh air, and the charm of being on a working farm really made it special. Waking up to the sounds of nature was such a treat. Lucy was a wonderful host – welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil escape.

My best friend lives down the road so fantastic for us. Host absolutely brilliant such a lovely person Ave added to my favourites and we shall be staying a full week. For me our trip was incredible the boys absolutely loved it as originally a country girl but moved sadly to a city and this pulled me back to wanting to be back to my roots. The place was fab and host fab location amazing 🤩 I will happily give 10/10 loved every single moment and didn’t want to come home.
