The cabin was a great stay and the hot tub was amazing! It does take a little bit to warm up so make sure to let it run a few min before getting in. The only thing was some of the trails that go behind the cabins are now “private property?” There was someone down the trail with an alarms set in the woods, I’m sure there will be communication between Karon and those tenants and hopefully that’ll get updated in the listing, besides that hiccup of being escorted down the trail by a neighbor… it was great and Karon was so so nice!!

The property is beautiful! Wish the weather was nicer for fishing, walking, and enjoying the hot tub. Next time! I will be back!

Has a wonderful weekend with my boys at the South Cabin! Hosts went above and beyond, and the place itself was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

Our cabin was great, we had the North Cabin and it opened up to the backyard with the pool and picnic tables. Very clean, staff was exceptional!

Wonderful stay at A-frame State of Mind! House was perfect for our girls’ trip and had all the amenities listed PLUS more. Beds were super-comfy, view was so peaceful, and the detailed instructions were unmatched by any other ABnB I’ve stayed in. The night lights throughout the house were so helpful when getting up in the middle of night. Would highly recommend and hope to return for another visit! Location is great if you need a change of pace. Home is very clean with lots of space to spread out. My wife and I enjoyed staying here. The drive up from Texas was scenic. There wasn't good service for our phones, but we could still use Uber Eats for snacks by going outside. My only knock is the neighbors letting their dogs roam free and pooping everywhere, but it is more of the rural setting thing that can't be controlled. If you have dogs that aren't friendly, just keep them leashed up when you go for a walk. All in all, we loved it.

What a fun place to stay! Everything is as described and even better in person! A lot to do with games etc and plenty of space to explore outside. Our young boys LOVED climbing up the ladder to the loft like we were in a treehouse. Kayla was very communicative and thoughtful leaving Easter egg baskets for the kiddos. We wish we could have stayed longer! highly recommend!!

Our stay at the Lake House was very nice. The house is not huge but there was plenty of room for us all. We cooked most of our meals. The kitchen is stocked, but I missed my knives. The very best part of our stay was access to the beach. It was wonderful! The water is very shallow so the littles could get in a play without us worry about them too much. The sand is as white as any beach in Texas. So nice! The kids loved playing in it too. It was a little bit of a hike down to the beach. It would not be an easy walk for someone who is somewhat handicapped. But we all made it just fine. The main road is a little noisy during the day, but not much noise at night. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had another excellent stay here! Like last time, everything was absolutely great. When I’m in this area this is the first place I check to see if it’s available, I haughty recommend booking with them

It was very peaceful but close to town which was very convenient. Plenty of sleeping space for our large group. House was nice and the front porch was so beautiful to sit quietly on and enjoy the scenery.

We had a wonderful stay at this modern cabin nestled right next to the state park. The space was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Surrounded by trees, it felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying coffee on the deck among the trees was a highlight. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene, nature-filled escape. The hosts were quick to respond and very friendly.

Great place to stay for a fishing trip. Close to the marina, less than 2 minute drive. Clean, nice kitchen and big bathroom. WiFi, dish network tv worked great. If you’re a smoker Jack has a little shed just for smoking. Overall great experience and I’d stay again next time.

Ed was great. He reacted on every my message almost imedietly. Accommodation was super nice cozy little cabin.

My family and I stayed at this lovely place for Christmas and we couldn’t be happier. We loved to bring our pup and enjoy the outdoors this place provided. Will definitely love to come back.

Connie is a fabulous host and the home provides all the necessities for the travelers. It’s very thoughtfully stocked! She is accessible and communicates from booking until you arrive to make sure the stay will be perfect. Highly recommend Charlie’s place!

We were only there for one night but would definitely go back, great location, friendly neighbors and lots to do!

We had an amazing time. Sherri’s home was clean, quiet and peaceful. We were close to the marina, stores,anything we needed. Definitely would go back.

The cabin was super cute and comfortable with lots of fresh updates. Master bath had a great shower with several options of toiletries. The bed in the master was not the most comfortable but the second bedroom seemed to have a much nicer, although smaller, mattress. I would have slept there if we had stayed a second night. Overall, this was a great place for us and would absolutely stay here again if we are ever back in the area
