Within few steps away from home, among embrace of lush greenery there are many narrow paths for your evening leisure stroll and children’s playground and BBQ area for both young and old to enjoy. Shops and restaurants are only a 10mins walk. 10mins walk to the train station will take you to the Brisbane CBD, Gold Cost or Sunshine Coast.

My place is close to public transport and family-friendly activities, shopping centres and Pub at the top of the Road. Many Restaurants in this suburb and surrounds. You’ll love my place because of the ambience, the location, and the outdoors space. All species of birds visit and you can see kangaroos on any day. My place is good for couples or a family of four. This is a very quiet street, great for writing, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Plenty of street parking along the park, playground 1 min walk, two train stations 600/ 800 meters walk. CBD 25 min drive. The place is freshly renovated. Please understand the landscaping hasn’t finished & yard is a bit untidy. We live upstairs so can provide anything you might need. We are just a text message away!
