Had a fantastic 3 nights away with family and best friends and this house covered all our needs. The location was perfect, helped by the surprisingly lovely April weather and hot tub. Bedrooms were spacious with great beds and bedding, common space was great too especially when we all got together in the kitchen or living room. Fantastic time had by all and will highly recommend.

Fantastic accommodation right on the beach. Great for a morning stroll having had your coffee whilst looking out across the water. Great wee town too. lots to see and do with plenty of places for food and drink. I'd come back. Easy!

This is our second visit, the cottage is absolutely amazing - set in beautiful grounds, all the home comforts and lots of wildlife! Eleanor is fantastic, and happy to help with any questions. Can't wait to come back again!

We had the most magical stay at the East Teahouse, the property, Manor House and grounds are truly stunning. Having now arrived home, myself and the children are so sad not to still be there. Marion, David & Sarah were the most amazing hosts, offering their home & company on New Years Eve as we all welcomed in the New Year. We can‘t wait to go back!!

Good location for exploring Perth. Handy couple of local stores. Property very clean and well furnished. Great communication from host and some nice touches.

Great big house with garden and a garage. We used the dining room a lot and there is also a lounge. There are 3 bathrooms, but one is an ensuite. We parked outside the garage off the street. Overall a great place to stay in St Andrews. There is a 15 minute walk to the town centre.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! Alice was very friendly and welcoming. The place looked just like the pictures—clean, quiet, and beautifully located. We were lucky with the weather and really enjoyed using the fire pit with a great view of the surroundings. The outdoor bathtub was also incredibly relaxing. Highly recommended!

Agree with an earlier review, the accommodation is even better than the photos ! Lovely peaceful location, the balcony was a great space to use and watch the wildlife passing by. Great enclosed garden for the dogs & lovely walks from the house. We really enjoyed our stay here.

My partner and I stayed in the Lobster Pod for 2 nights and wish we had stayed longer. The pod was clean, had everything we needed and the hot rub just topped it off. The location was idyllic, and just short walk to the beach which was stunning. We especially loved our visits from the Turkeys! We honestly couldn't have wished for anything more, it was perfect!
