O'Rourkes Cottage Retreat Glenasmole

O'Rourkes cottage is situated in the picturesque valley of Glenasmole, nestled in the foothills of the Dublin mountains overlooking Dublin city. The cottage has 2 bedroom, sitting room and kitchen with a woodland garden. Ideally situated to enjoy the the Dublin Wicklow mountains . The cottage includes central heating, wood burning stove, cooker, electric shower. We are now operating a minimum two night stay. Please note, host can not be held responsible for lost or damaged personal property.

This a 2 bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the Upper Rathmines area. It is next to a lovely array of shops including a Tescos, a fresh veg shop, a butcher's, a fishmonger, and a hairdressers. This is a residential area and suits first time visitors. To the City Center: Stephen's Green - 3km from the property. Walking: A 36 minute walk. Car: An 11 minute drive. Public transport (The Luas tram system): 26 minutes Free parking is located a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

The cottage has a private garden at the back set within lush woodlands. It is located in the village of Manor Kilbride and there is an excellent local shop within a 5 minute walk. This cottage enjoys being close to the city but away from it all.
