Can't say enough about how great the stay was. Everything is delivered with the hope you'll have a 5* stay. Hot tub is clean and works well, Kitchen has everything you could need. Bed is comfortable. Having the serenity of the lake out front and the farm view in the back was brilliant combination. First night we stayed in, used the log burner and relaxed. Next day we walked to the Black Rabbit pub (2.5 hours each way) past Arundel. We will be back at Choller for sure!

Lovely house - set up like a hotel with biscuits and toiletries! Perfect for us as a family with high chair and stair gates. Great location for Paulton’s Park

We had the pleasure to stay at the house over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. The surrounding area is beautiful and the house the well positioned with a beautiful view of and access to the lake. We’ve take the opportunity to make use of the row boat that came with the house. Inside, the properly was nicely furnished, clean and spacious. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at Karen and Steve’s loft over the Easter weekend for 5 nights. We have never visited the area before and were pleasantly surprised. Karen’s loft is a lovely bolt hole close to the beach, really close. We had everything we needed for our stay. Toiletries and basic kitchen items were also provided. We even had homemade biscuits and Prosecco on arrival a lovely touch. We love walking and the area has walking for everyone. Beaches, estuaries, heathland, bird reserves and more. We visited Kingly Vale which was amazing near Chichester. The ancient Yew trees and blue bell woods were stunning. Sadly for us it was cloudy so no view from the top of the hill. Would definitely visit the loft again.

Great value for money, perfect size and setup for a young family such as ourselves. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Location great, couldn’t be much closer to the beach. Off street parking was good, particularly in the busy summer season. We would definitely go again if in the area.

Superior 3 bedroom lakeside Lodge with everything you could wish for. Everything was fantastic plus gorgeous weather which enhanced our experience. A peaceful and beautiful accommodation to stay in and loveky outside balcony overlooking a lovely small lake with all sorts of wildlife. Thoroughly enjoyed. X

A hidden gem. This was the perfect spot for exploring the nature reserves and beaches nearby. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was tiny but remarkably well kitted out. We will definitely be back.

Noel and Karen are just the best! They could not have been more helpful. the property was breathtaking, somehow even better than the photos, Everybody in our party commented on how beautiful and comfortable the house was. Nobody wanted to leave. Noel went above and beyond with his messages, responding almost instantly with a great deal of helpful information. We left with some amazing memories. I could not be happier. I've spent the last couple of days scrolling though pictures of our lovely mini trip wishing I was there again. thanks again for all your help. Hayley

The first thing to say about Paul's place is that it actually exceeded our already high expectations. The house is bigger and even nicer than we were expecting, and the garden is the real highlight. We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our friend's birthday and were extremely lucky with the weather which made it the perfect stay. So much space to spend the day relaxing in the garden, paddling in the stream, and lovely country walk options too. The house itself is well equipped with everything we needed to cook a big meal for 15 and was big enough to not feel crammed in with that many people there. We all absolutely loved our stay and didn't want to leave, and are already trying to find an excuse to come back again soon!
