Beautiful condo. Exceptionally clean and tidy - smelled great too. Appreciated the extra touches including the courtesy toothbrushes and paste. Friendly staff at front desk. The condo is brilliantly located to allow for walks to local supermarket, mall and so on. It is also close to the Festive Walk Bus hub to get around the rest of the city. Very comfortable bed and Netflix being included was good too. Great place and great host would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Jorja’s place for over two weeks! The location was perfect—conveniently close to town and my family, yet in a peaceful area with little traffic, making it a truly relaxing retreat. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had a wonderful homey feel. Everything we needed was provided, especially in the well-equipped kitchen. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The garden was beautifully maintained, and we loved spending time on the balcony, enjoying the fresh air and gentle breeze. With few neighbors around, it felt extra private and peaceful. Most importantly, my daughter and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The bed, linens, and pillows were all fresh and incredibly comfortable. We truly felt at home here. Highly recommend Jorja’s place, and without a doubt, we’ll be back next time we’re in Dumangas!

Definitely one for the books! This place is like my home away from home 😁 Obviously a new condo unit with enough space for everything and anything I needed was there - firm and spacious bed, smart TV, wifi, heater, ref, plates and utensils, etc! The front desk and lobby guards were helpful (or maybe it's an Ilonggo thing) and those I haven't met during the night asked for my visitor's pass. At least I am assured of the security of the place. There was a food market and concert event by the street when I went there but when you go to your room, you'd barely hear the music since you are on the topmost floor. It's also very near Festive Mall and you can go there for food or essentials just in case you forget anything. As for the room, it's adequate for two with separate area for the kitchen and for dining. There are also 2 aircons servicing the living and sleeping areas. The bathroom is clean and the towels smelled fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Iloilo!

The place was very nice and exactly as shown in the photos. We had a great stay; however, during our time there, the internet connection was lost and wasn’t restored until the next morning. Despite this, the host was very responsive and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would recommend this place to others.

Stayed for 3D2N. The location is very accessible as it is only a few minutes away from SM City Iloilo. Amenities are also complete and functioning well. Unit is big enough for up to 5 people and it is very clean as well. The host is very responsive and answers all the inquiries nicely. Instructions given are all clear and well explained. I highly recommend thia place if you will be visiting Iloilo.
