Apartment EM Stobrec Split Croatia

Split, situated on the most indented part of the Adriatic coast, is the most beautiful town in the world according to all of those who experienced its unique charm. City is filled with cultural and historical landmarks that live today in the unique symbiosis of tradition and modernity. This apartment is situated within administrative borders of the east part of city of Split, in city district Stobrec. The large sand beach, many sunbathing plateau, the clear and blue sea and the quality of domestic food make Stobrec a beautiful summer resort. We are just 6 km from Split (bus station near the house, buses leave every hour) and 300 m to the nearest beach. It's a sandy and blue flag beach located in the lagoon made by river Zrnovnica delta and Adriatic sea. It is over 400 m long. The beach is equipped with a life guard, facilities for the disabled, showers, children playground, sport facilities, food and drink facilities. There is no danger spots for pedestrians, while the beach is far away from motorways. This lovely 38 m2 apartment, in a newly furnished family house, is composed of: bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV. In front of the Apartment there is a terrace overlooking the garden with table and chairs and a barbecue in the garden where you can enjoy your holiday. Parking place for your car in shade. Artistic studio next to a turquoise beach!

Lugares de interés: It is very near Jelsa and at 3,5 km to another village called Vrboska. In both places there are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. It's a perfect place for sports such as windsurfing, biking, jogging and a tennis court is very near. Also perfect for family time!. The apartment is situated in a quiet, attractive residential area of Split. It is placed on the south side slopes of Marjan hill, only 5 min walk from the old town, Diocletian's palace and Riva city's main promenade, where you can find all the restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. 20 min walk to the ferry port and the main bus terminal. Large terrace is looking over the sea, islands, yacht marina, and the old town. You can just sit back and relax, watching ships coming and leaving the harbor.

Lovely place by the beach, enjoy splendid break

Cozy studio with a stunning sea view with shared terrace. Located by the beach, just 2 km from Trogir, this small but fully equipped studio is a great base for your vacation in central Dalmatia. A beautiful pebble beach is right across the street — just a few steps away. The terrace is shared between two studios, with a designated area in front of each for private use. Please note that during peak season, street parking can be difficult to find, even further from the house.

DELUX 2 bedrooms Apartment near SPLIT - GOGA

Our big appartment has two bedrooms with king size bed and two single beds, huge wardrobe adn storage place, big balcony with beautiful view at the sea, kitchen, bathroom, TV, WIFI. There is a free parking in front of the house. Beach is two minutes driving from the house. Split is 10 minutes driving from the house. There are a lot of restaurants, sports content and all other activities that you can imagine! Nature around the house is amazing and one of a kind.

Studio Dora in Trogir center **** (free parking)

What to say :) When you are on the way to Trogir, come to my place. Just few steps from old and beautifull Trogir. It is great for people who like quiet places and old stone houses. Also has great equipped kitchen , new windows with excellent shutters ( complete dark) and mosquito net. Nobody lives at the place, what makes it even more great for people who take two apartments, because of complete privacy that provides. You are all welcome :)

Enjoy the beautiful sea, island and city view! The apartment is located on the top floor in a quiet residential building and there is no elevator.
