A great location. Easy walk into Mt Eliza Village with lots of great shops, cafes and supermarkets. Very close to the beach and a short drive to Mornington. Easy access to the Mornington Peninsula. Washer and dryer were very handy. Very quiet complex

A really lovely location to escape away to the beach for a weekend. Fantastic location with very easy stroll to the beach and local restaurants, etc - best bit is not only is it fantasticly close to everything you want, but it also just far enough away that you get to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the main strip. The hosts were fantastic and gave excellent instructions making it easy to find and simple to get in and keep secure, and really loved the 1pm check-in time. Thank you!

Lovely house. Felt like home away from home. Very quiet and peaceful area and private. The bed was extremely comfy and the hot tub was the perfect addition to a quiet weekend away. Communication on check-in was great, very clear and easy to understand. Have already recommended to F&F.

Absolutely beautiful place! Pictures don’t do it justice!! My friends and I stayed here, and were amazed by the amenities, the view and the overall look of the place. Suzie was very quick to respond to our messages, and gave us clear instructions with how to check-in! :) Couldn’t recommend this place enough, wish we could’ve stayed longer 😊

Eclectic and retro. Went away with husband, teenaged kids, their friends and our dogs. The teenagers slept in the 2 downstairs bedrooms, had their own lounge, bathroom and kitchenette. My husband and I were upstairs with the full kitchen, dining, lounge, bathroom and laundry. Couldn’t have asked for a better arrangement! Dogs spent some time on the upstairs deck, and we also set up a run for them out the back near the fire pit. We could only have them out there supervised, as they certainly would have gotten tangled, but they had plenty of walks, swims and bike rides. They were living their best life! The kids explored, went kayaking and played a heap of cards & board games. We cooked 3 out of the 4 nights, shouting ourselves to dinner at the Tarwin pub on the final night. Don’t rate the food or bistro service there (could be because they were slammed before the public hol) but the trivia was fun! Wholesome fun. Michael’s photography throughout the house is also awesome!

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home was beautifully decorated with a warm, stylish touch that made it feel extra special. It was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies—which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy, and beautifully designed home away from home!

A new upmarket, clean and well stocked BNB. Clearly the owners are a super host as everything was spot on. Would recommend to anyone.

Beach18 was a fabulous house for our family weekend away. Spacious, comfortable living area, comfy beds,good kitchen, excellent outdoor BBQ and dining area, and lovely garden with a cubby house for our grandson. A really great find close to lots of attractions on the Mornington Peninsula. Ash and Jason were quick to respond to all messages and generously allowed us an early check in and late check out. Would recommend hughly

The house interior was well designed and cosy, with a beautiful fresh wood scent. The kitchen was kitted with plenty of tools to cook for a big group. The outdoor space and fire pit were great for evening hangs and the river was a highlight for a refreshing dip in the summer heat. A very short drive to explore the beautiful surrounding forests and walking tracks and Warburton town. Will definitely rent again!
