Lejlighed på landet

Hyggelig ferielejlighed i rolige omgivelser på vores firlænget landejendom, lidt udenfor Smidstrup Strand i Gilleleje. Hyggelig alrum med stue/køkken, samt trappe til soveværelse på 1. salen. Trappen er stejl, og lejligheden egner sig derfor ikke til børn. I gårdspladsen er der afsat lidt plads til jer, så I også her kan nyde udemiljøet. OBS! I hverdagene kan der være lidt aktivitet på ejendommen pga. murervirksomhed, når de ansatte møder ind, vareindleveringer, osv. Motorcykler, velkomne!

Sommerhus i Dronningmølle

Sommerhuset er beliggende i Fuglevangen (Dronningmølle) og er løbende blevet moderniseret igennem årerne. Indenfor fordeler indretningen sig på 55 kvm og her kan du forvente et nyere køkken fra 21´, badeværelse fra 24´ og et hyggeligt indrettet alrum. Der er 2 identiske soveværelser, som begge har en dobbelt seng (160cm). Udenfor kan du nyde dagen på den 85kvm store træterrasse, som er bygget i 24´. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Nu har du chansen att slappna av och trivas i ett fantastiskt läge bara 25 meter från stranden. Du får en hänförande 180 graders utsikt över Öresund, Ven och Danmark. Skåneleden passerar utanför fönstret och leder till restauranger, bad, golfbana o Landskrona centrum. Du kommer att bo i ett trevligt nyrenoverat rum med litet kök och eget badrum. I rummet finns en bekväm dubbelsäng samt vid behov tillgång till en gästsäng för ett större barn och en resesäng för ett mindre barn.

Stort nyistandsat gæstehus fem minutters gang fra dejlig badestrand. Beliggende midt mellem havnebyerne Hornbæk og Gilleleje, der begge byder på smuk natur, forretningsmiljø og spisesteder. Huset er beliggende tæt på offentlig transportmuligheder og dagligvarebutik. Boligen er total renoveret i 2023 og består at stue med brændeovn, køkken, entre, to soverum og badeværelse. Dertil høre lukket gårdhave med eftermiddags og aftensol samt forhave med morgensol.

Det finns utemöbler och möjlighet att grilla. Här finns även laddare till elbil som kan lånas mot en kostnad. Fem minuters gångavstånd till både affär och pizzeria. 7 minuter från E6:an motorväg. Ca 1 mil till närmsta stad, Landskrona, där det finns fina badplatser, shopping och mycket annat.
