Ample space for everyone to get together & socialise in Orchard Barn around the large dining table or in front of the log burner. The 7 seat Hot Tub is under an oak gazebo. The field has a mown area about the size of a tennis court, plus an Oval Cape Breeze House (open Easter -01/10). Easy 10 minute walk to The Roebuck. Sorry, no pets.

The cottage enjoys underfloor heating and fabulous rural views to be enjoyed in the warmer months from the decking outside the kitchen. Patio doors open right up to allow the outside in.
