This place was just magical. Our family reunion was so elevated by this incredible property. There are so many fun details and books to discover. The game areas and extra touches provide so many opportunities for spontaneous interaction and fun. Alyson was extremely responsive and helpful and flexible as we navigated adjusting for older family and mobility issues. I would recommend bringing some extra toilet paper and trash bags just in case, but that may have been a fluke for us! Overall I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning historic mansion in Richmond, VA for a long weekend wedding celebration, and it was nothing short of magical. Our group included the bridal party and parents. The home was the perfect backdrop for such a special occasion. The home is full of character and charm — perfectly blending vintage elegance with modern comfort. The spacious layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space, yet cozy enough for relaxing for friend/family time and wedding and bridal prep time, not to mention GORGEOUS photos.The weather even allowed us to enjoy quality poolside time) The host was incredibly attentive, responsive, and thoughtful. Kim and Paul literally responded within minutes (to even the silliest of questions) and were able to accomodate us arriving before check in time. I could go on and on and highly recommend this wonderful location for and friend/family getaway.

If you are looking for a safe, clean, and BEAUTIFUL place, THIS IS IT!!! Keith was responsive and helpful. EVERYTHING that you could want is within 2 miles, if not walking distance! And did I say the home is BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED and INVITING! It also has its own fitness regiment, just forget the keys upstairs and you will understand lol. I loved it! It allowed me to eat crumbl cookie and cupcakes from Whole Food with NO GUILT!! Great Place and Great People

Richard went above and beyond to ensure that my family was comfortable and at home. He was highly communicative and responsive and the information provided before and during the stay was extremely helpful. I booked this home for family who visited the area during my wedding week and, as a local, can say that the house is in a prime location between parks and the river park system and a vibrant shopping and restaurant district. A fantastic stay in a well provisioned, unique space that is meant to be enjoyed!

Convenient location, very nice to have parking in a garage. Close to everything but a quiet space.
