This is the cutest (updated) Craftsman, it felt unique to be lodging in older Reno history, so close to the riverwalk (less than 2 blocks) and quick access to all the cool artsy vibes and flavors Reno has to offer. I especially appreciated and enjoyed the refreshed kitchen full of useful gadgets. Kelly keenly fused furnishings of the time with modern comforts. Beds were newer, soft, yet firm enough and comfortable. I especially loved the hard wood floors, in the front of the house, vintage windows, tile work and unique rugs. Neighbors were kind/patient with AirBnB. This was a perfect fit for our needs; two full bathrooms, two quality beds, kitchen to work in, a washer & dryer, a spot to enjoy morning coffee and centrally located to the riverwalk. One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at! My wife and I are OCD and very picky about where we stay and this house was pristine! Clean, well organized, nicely decorated and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were extremely clean. We didn’t use the kitchen too much but everything worked perfectly and the fridge has an ice maker which was nice, we noticed it was also very well stocked with everything you might need incase you did want to make meals. Parking is perfect and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Very close to stores, restaurants, downtown and the airport. We had our fur baby with us and there was a nice bed for him, dog bowls and toys! Such a nice touch! Also, Allison was amazing! So nice and accommodating for anything we needed! She truly made our stay that much better, couldn’t have asked for a better host! Can’t wait to go back and stay again when we visit Reno.

Lovely stay at Katherine's house. The driveway was large, easy parking, and it made loading and unloading the car very convenient. We walked to the park at the end of the block, a large grassy area that my dog really enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to get to. I was able to meet Katherine, she is a wonderful, friendly host.

Really nice place to stay while we took our family snowboarding and skiing. Clean, secure and comfortable. Comfy beds and furniture. Nice place to come home to at the end of a busy day.

We recently stayed at Megan's house in Reno and had a positive experience. The location was excellent! It was not too far from downtown, and we enjoyed a nice view from the master bedroom. The house was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. We appreciated the three bedrooms and the comfortable living area. The first night was a bit cold for us because the batteries in the thermostat were very low, causing the temperature to cycle on and off. I bought new batteries and replaced them next day, which resolved the issue. The shower drain in the living room bathroom was blocked at that time, resulting in slow drainage, so we all had to use the shower in the master bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay. Will stay there again^^

Nico & Elizabeth saved my family’s Thanksgiving…literally!!! We had booked another place for our family in JULY. The morning of our first night’s stay, the other host cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. It literally took 10 hours to rebook another house close to our destination through Airbnb. Nico was so responsive & great to us, & their house was just perfect…super cozy but spacious, very clean & the location was wonderful!!! I cannot thank Nico enough for his quick responsiveness, generousity & for making what could have turned out to be a frustrating, terrible Thanksgiving holiday into a great family weekend & reunuion!! My brothers thank you as well!!!!

If you're looking for an amazing, spacious FAMILY house, Gavin's house would be the perfect place to stay. This house offers a variety of family board games, a ping pong table, a pool table, 2.5 bathrooms, and fantastic sleeping areas. And let's not forget the fold-out couch, which serves as a bonus bed. Gavin's house is equipped with towels and extra blankets as well. Plus, it has everything you need for cooking, including his incredible spice cabinet. Therefore, we would like to say mahalo all the way from the 808.

Judy gave us a very cute, clean & safe place to stay over the weekend! Very close to grocery stores & coffee & just 10 minutes away from a major outlet mall. The backyard backs up to a major street, but with the sliding door closed, I didn’t even hear it! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. It’s very cozy & feels like home. If we ever get back to that area, we will absolutely be staying there again.

The place was great for all of us who stayed there. We utilized both of the living room spaces and enjoyed the fantastic layout of the house both inside and out. The only downside was the pool table is bad at best. Compared to the house it's very cheaply made and playing actual pool is impossible. Overall we really enjoyed the house and had great communication from Ian!

We had the best time at this ski chalet. Perfect location to enjoy Incline Village and all that Tahoe has to offer.

Amazing and charming Clean and quiet Lovely host and very responsive and helpful

Katrina is the most amazing host I've ever had the pleasure of working with! She is so responsive, helpful, proactive, understanding, reasonable, and thoughtful! Even when things went wrong, she was there to get everything back on track. For example, the TV blew up on the second or third day we were there and she got it replaced quickly! (And provided us with a generous discount for the inconvenience.) The apartment is just as the listing described. The king bed is comfy, the water is hot and the water pressure is good. We loved the recliners in the couch. The washer/dryer combo unit isn't my favorite but it was nice to have the option available. The location is pretty great! The neighbors are super friendly and it's close to shopping and downtown. There are a couple cats that hang out in the area and they're super cute and friendly. All in all we had a good stay and we would absolutely stay with Katrina again!

Great two-night stay in Reno. Came to town for a volleyball tournament. Close 10-15 min drive to the Reno Convention center, but far enough away from all the craziness of events etc. Everything was clean and accurately described, bed was comfy, and bathroom was pleasant. Loved that the complex was gated and had surveillance. Only thing is that the upstairs neighbor was sometimes loud. Thin ceiling and walls - but wasn’t anything to stop you from sleeping.

The condo was beautiful, spotless and beautifully decorated. We were in Reno for 30 days visiting my daughter and Laneys place truly felt like home. The River Trail right by the site is beautiful and I went walking almost every day night. Also walked to a local coffee shop, and to downtown Reno. Laney was very quick to reply to any communication I sent. We will be back next year and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Laney for a very pleasant stay in your beautiful place.

Cute, cozy and comfy place! I came with my puppy and we had a great time! There was fenced backyard which my puppy could play along with Dana’s. The room is tiny, definitely for a single person use. Although it was tiny, it was just nice and fitted well for my need! The internet was fast, good for working! The kitchen was pretty solid! There was coffee, bowls, plates, glasses, mini oven and fridge! Dana also provided puppy treats and poo-bag! Highly recommended if you are looking cozy and comfy small place to stay!

We loved staying at this beautiful spot among the trees surrounded by lots of snow. This place is very comfortable with all the amenities you could want on vacation (even a coffee grinder, coffee machine, and filters). It is very close the Lake Tahoe and right down the road from Raley’s grocery store, kid-friendly restaurants, and sledding hills and ski slopes. The beds were comfortable. The place was spotless. We had a wonderful time with our little family. We highly recommend staying here!

Check in was easy, the neighborhood is absolutely fantastic, it was perfect for walking the dogs. The neighbors were friendly, the area is quiet, and just minutes from downtown restaurants, baseball stadium and the Casinos without feeling like you’re “downtown”. For folks that bring their dogs, there is no direct access to the backyard (side door off the kitchen that is 8 feet from the backyard fence) but the backyard is fully fenced with foliage to keep even adventurous dogs secured. Very worth staying again next time we are in town!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The host was very responsive and answered all questions. The place was immaculate. Has a huge lot where we were able to build multiple sled runs for our kids. It was quite the experience having some of us playing in the hot tub while watching others fly by on a sled. This place has everything. Surroundings are beautiful and peaceful with plenty to explore on a hike. This will be our go-to place in the future.

Reno Roost is the perfect size and location for any visit to Reno! Enjoy easy access to parks, the river, and downtown as well as an easy drive to Lake Tahoe. We stocked up on groceries at the store just a few minutes from the house and enjoyed a cozy evening around the outdoor fire pit. We walked to Idlewild Park and especially enjoyed coffee and breakfast from Hub Coffee Roasters and Hand Craft Coffee Company. Deb provides all of the information you need for an easy & comfortable stay and then some!

It was perfect for our needs and was exactly as described. The neighborhood was beautiful and private. Doris was very responsive and proactive in communicating with us. I was in Reno for a conference but the resort didn't allow pets and my wife and dog were with me as we were travelling from the conference to our new home in Florida. My wife and dog were able to enjoy the space (which included a nice fenced area for the dog) while I attended my conference. I highly recommend for anyone looking to spend a few days in Reno.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The restrooms and kitchen provided everything we needed and much more! The entire home was clean, comfortable, and stunning. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our big family and pets. The house was nestled in the beautiful forest and yet we were just a short drive away from Kings Beach with plenty of stores (including Safeway), ski rental shops, and restaurants. About 8 minutes away, you’ll even find the casino and additional beaches along the lake. This home was perfect and I look forward to our return!
