My cottage is centrally located, close to downtown. Garden of the Gods, road to Pikes Peak, & Colorado College are minutes away. The interior is quaint and cozy, but has a roomy, fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is peaceful and relaxing. I have a detailed list of restaurants & things to do. There is access to nearby urban trails. A comfy queen bed awaits! Coffee shop and breakfast are within walking distance. I'm sorry, but the space can't accommodate children under 5.

A-frame cabin is situated on a 5-acre rural property just beyond the city limits - it is a detached mother-in-law suite, located 200 ft from our main residence. The cabin includes a loft w/a queen-sized bed, a single pullout couch, & a mini kitchen. It faces eastward, away from the mountains. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful countryside retreat, note that access to the bedroom is via a spiral staircase, and the property is serviced by well water. Owner maintained & operated.

Cozy Inlaw Suite in the Bonnyville Neighborhood nestled within the center of the city with easy access to I-25. Have fun with all the local entertainment that downtown Colorado Springs has to offer. This suite is totally private (no shared spaces) and can sleep up to 4, includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a living room, dining area and a back patio with Cheyenne Mountain view. A kitchenette (counter top, cabinets and a sink) is built, and ready for use. The spacious bedroom has a queen sized Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base with a massage feature. The living room has a sofa bed with memory foam mattress, a 55" smart TV with streaming services.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Stay in this freshly renovated space in a quiet neighborhood just north of downtown Colorado Springs. Located in the peaceful Bonnyville neighborhood, you will be close to shopping, dining, brew pubs, parks, trails, and a PikeRide electric bike hub. The kitchen is well equipped, and has a few basic staples, including coffee. There is a grocery store just two blocks away.

The heavenly hideaway is very private and has a great vibe to just sit back and relax after a long day of exploring all of the beauty and splendor of our area. Endless attractions just minutes away, location can't be beat. Please be aware that housekeeping has severe animal allergies, so please, no animals of any kind.
