We stayed a week in January 2025, and this is now our go-to first choice place to stay when visiting family in Athens. Easy, relaxing, peaceful, clean, lots of space. It made our week so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel.

We enjoy staying here when we visit Athens because it is close to our daughter's house and is peaceful and well kept. We are basically there for coffee and sleeping so it is perfect. Coffee and supplies are provided and it is easy to find. The bed is comfortable, but TV is in the bedroom so it isn't good if one of you is a night owl. Everything was clean and ready for us for an early check-in.

Amazing stay! The host (Jon) communicated right away that the cleaners couldn’t make it in before our arrival and helped to figure out a solution, but honestly, you’d never know—everything looked spotless and well cared for. The place was exactly like the photos, in a great location, and at a really fair price. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

When visiting family in the area, we like to stay in Normaltown because of the easy accessibility to restaurants and parks. If you are looking to stay in Athens this place has a great location and really comfortable floorplan for a family. We enjoyed the comfortable great room with large couches. We found the bathrooms were spacious and really nicely updated compared to others houses we've rented in this area in the past. Parking was easy and plentiful. Would book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Ashley’s and Andrew place. The space was pristine! Thoughtful touches were throughout like flowers, waffle maker mix, coffee creamer…. The beds and pillows are amazing. You will get the best sleep of your life! I highly recommend their place.

We were in Athens for the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships. Go Vols! This home was recommended by a friend, who stayed last year during a swim meet. It exceeded all of our expectations. Gorgeous inside, extremely comfortable bedding, very private, top notch kitchen - a well needed break from full days at an exciting swim meet. We spent 5 nights and didn’t want to leave. About 15-18 minutes to the pool. Kelly communicated often and allowed us to check in early. By far, the best Airbnb we have stayed in. We will definitely book again when in Athens.

I've stayed at Airbnbs from San Francisco to Paris, and Stacey's place in Commerce, Georgia, was the most well appointed home I've ever been in. The kitchen was fully stocked and immaculately organized. Every room and bathroom had everything you could need. My housemate and I made a game of trying to find something Stacey hadn't thought of to make available. She goes above and beyond most Airbnb hosts to make sure you feel at home. Beautiful, roomy house walkable to the quaint downtown area and its shops and restaurants. A quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home! I don't know when or if I'll back to this charming town, but Stacey's Airbnb will certainly be my first choice.

You won't find a nicer AirBnB or host anywhere. I've stayed at many dozens of AirBnBs through the years, and the experience we've had with Maggie and her beautiful home in Watkinsville stands out as the best. First up, the home is BEAUTIFUL. It's like something out of an Architectural Digest centerfold. Seriously. Everything is especially well appointed and decorated. All toiletries, sheets, towels, coffee, snacks, condiments, and really anything you might have in your own home for everyday life is there in abundance. Even the yard was impeccably manicured. Somewhere along the way getting ourselves packed up to return home, our father-in-law left his jewelry and military dog tags, and Maggie took great care to work with us on locating and shipping those back to us. If we are ever in need of a six bed house anywhere remotely close to Watkinsville, we would schedule our next trip around when Maggie's home is available - it was that special.

We loved our stay! Kendra was very nice, and responded extremely quick. The place was as advertised and even more spacious in person. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the check-in/check-out instructions given were very clear. Would recommend this stay to anyone on a weekend trip!

Our stay here was great. It’s a quiet neighborhood where you can safely go for walks and very close to downtown Monroe. The space was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Such a gem! So glad I found this spot. The Adirondack chairs outside the door were so peaceful to sit in while listening to the river and the birds. The studio has high ceilings which makes it feel cozy but spacious.

It really was a nice place to stay for 2.5 days. I was here with my daughter as she was chosen to be part of the GMEA All-State full orchestra. Definitely would recommend Wendy’s unit if you need to stay in Athens for a day or two. Very responsive and engaged host, she’ll make sure you are set for whatever you need.

Teri's place was a dream! The unit overlooked the most beautifully landscaped zen garden with windchimes and was so peaceful! Also I loved how well it was stocked with everything you could think of including water, drinks, coffee even half n half in the fridge, breakfast bars, snacks etc! there was also a sound machine on the bedside table and a book listing the local recommended restaurants and things to do. She really thought of everything to make you feel at home and I would highly recommend her place!

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

Mark I must say it was great. I only had one problem it was the front door. I was scared someone was going to be looking in evertime I walked past it. Other than that it was great. Thank you.

Perfect location for visiting the UGA campus! Quick walk to campus. The condo was in perfect condition. I've stayed in MANY places in Athens and this was the best.

You can't stay any closer to the central part of UGA campus without staying in a dorm. In addition, Ben's place was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Strongly recommend it to others and would happily stay again.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!
