Very friendly and hospitable host who left out snacks and anything we might have forgotten. Felt at home and place had everything we needed. I had difficulty finding driveway because it was dusk but I saw a sign during the day. The unit is attached to another house which I didn’t realize in advance and went into wrong driveway.

Such a cute & spotless apartment, so close to where we were going for a concert. Absolutely would stay again. :)

Warm (it was a cold February), safe, clean, modern, and peaceful. I really enjoyed my time there. Robbie was super helpful and a great communicator. It was very private and restful after busy days.

This is my second time staying at this location, the first time I stayed in the upstairs apt. The pictures are as described and the place is conveniently located to town. The place was clean and the bed linens were very good. Meghan and her team are very communicative and I will definitely stay at this place again. It’s a great value.

It was located among the quiet neighborhood. Parking was preserved, the host’a office on the ground floor enhanced the security.

Jerome’s place was a perfect spot for us to stay while we visited our relatives and friends in the area. It was very charming, provided everything we needed, and clean. I would recommend Jerome’s place for any stay in the capital district.

We are returning renters. The location and cleanliness of the apartment are wonderful. The apartment is located downtown and close to all of the restaurants and shops and an easy walk to the race track. The accommodations are comfortable, quiet and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Debbie is very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this apartment.

Donal's carriage house is walking distance to all of the bars and restaurants downtown Saratoga Springs has to offer. The 3 parking spots right out front allow for guest coming from different regions to all drive and not have to worry about finding a parking garage or street parking. It is only a short drive to the lake or SPAC. Don was proactive and very responsive.

Gordon is extremely conscientious and was very available without being intrusive. Property had a lovely private back deck to sit and read! Also a visit from a bunny from time to time added to the serenity of my visit! Easy walking distance to downtown and the neighborhood is the best you will ever find! Also a 5 minute walk to a farmers market that is one of the best I have visited! I strongly recommend this Property to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. Another nice festure is its just a 20 minute walk to the racetrack! Save $50 on parking! The walk is through lovely neighborhoods of historical houses! Very beautiful and nostalgic! Definitely worth the walk! I hope to stay there many more times!

Samantha’s communication and response was wonderful and I was so grateful I came upon this home in my last search to find a place to stay. It’s always a bit harder when traveling with pets . It was very clean and the perfect space in the perfect location for me. I highly recommend Samantha’s home.

Great location and clean simply furnished house! Not a lot of “extras” but comfortable bed and clean! On a nice corner lot and loved the windows. The bay window in the front room makes it cozy. Had a few different issues which the host remedied quickly! (Thank you!) Great place to stay while working in the area. Cute family owned pizza place across the street which was a convenient plus. We would stay here again!

Our hosts were very easy to work with. I felt they cared about our visit and wanted to accommodate us in any way that would make her stay even more pleasurable. The house offered every convenience, including kitchen items for make-at-home meals. Thanks so much, Brandon and Brian!

Great place, great host! Clean, comfortable, and walking distance from downtown, we walked to breakfast every morning. Kasey was responsive and easy to reach, everything was clean and in working order. Exactly as described.

Our group throughly enjoyed our stay. Very spacious home, large bedrooms and bathrooms, private back patio and yard for hanging out. Quiet and safe neighborhood close to track and downtown area. The Host was super responsive to all our inquiries. We would absolutely rent this house again.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

Cullen was an exceptional host. The space was exactly as described, with plenty of supplies. Communication was stellar. The condo had plenty of extras like clean linens and blankets, there were even additional chargers set up and toiletries if we needed. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms very clean and updated. Parking right in front. We felt safe and comfortable. This AirBnB is 5 minutes to Windham mountain and minutes from Town. Plenty of places to eat and shop. I highly recommend this Host and property. If we ever go back, we will try to re-book with Cullen.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! The place was spotless! We felt so comfortable with how clean the space was and it was the perfect size for two. A big perk were the heated floors in the bathroom!! Location was perfect—about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Gillian was quick with her responses whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here when we travel back to Saratoga Springs!

The place was great. Lots of charm. We actually ate on his back porch, which as a nice surprise since it wasn’t mention in the listing. Place was close to tons of restaurants and bars. It was a short drive to the bath houses, which was one our reasons for visiting. We will definitely be return visitors.
