Deer amble through the property; eagles soar and keep an eagle eye on everything. Turkeys, squirrels, coons, and myriad of birds go about their business in this serene environment. Historic Wykoff Jail Haus

Come explore the Historic Wykoff Jail Haus. The Jail Haus was built the late 1800’s and is owned by the city of Wykoff. Bike trails, trout fishing, Forestville State park, and cave exploration. There is kayaking and tubing 10 minutes away. Open over the winter months for snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hunting and other winter activities. Playgrounds, restaurants, convenience / gas station all within walking distance. Located 40 miles south of Rochester in a town of 450 people.

Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer) NEW HEATED FLOORS w/thermostat

There is also a secure, oversized single-car garage for safe vehicle storage. It's a 5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery, convenience stores, etc.

This upper level condo sleeps up to 5 people and is steps away from the main street attractions. Highland Place is a short 25 minute drive from Rochester and Mayo Clinic, 30 minute drive from Winona, and a short 10 minute drive to Whitewater State Park.

Hygge House | A Cozy Guesthouse

The Hygge (pronounced hyoo·guh) House is a tiny taste of Scandinavia in Southeastern Minnesota. What is Hygge? In short, it's a Scandinavian way of living that focuses on hunkering down and creating a safe, comforting and warm place to while away. My husband and I hand built the Hygge House with your comfort in mind. We love being cozy and having space to spend together so when the opportunity arose to renovate our studio, we wanted to share it!
