This condo was perfect, beautifully appointed, and very clean. From the finishes to the linens to the way the condo was decorated & stocked it is top-notch. Jenna is a terrific host. She was very responsive and also proactive to ensured we arrive and accessed the condo easily. When in Duluth…absolutely check the availability! Great condo, great location, great host, and a really beast place to stay.

This himewas beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. A bustling city just a few minutes away with great restaurants and shops. We loved our stay. Nancy was very friendly and responsive. We look forward to visiting again!

We had a wonderful stay! David was a great host. We had our dogs Cal and Mable along for the trip. Cal and Mable made a new friend Davids dog Jack. Jack was such a sweetheart. Good times were made playing in the lake and sitting around the campfire. I highly recommend.

Fantastic place to stay for a big group!

Everything was perfect. When at the house we spent most of our stay on the back porch- comfortable, well appointed and gorgeous views. Loved the Bluetooth lantern speaker! All the instructions easy and the sauna was a bonus- even did a quick dip in the lake which is say a lot for April! Next time we hope to have time for the fire pit. Daily walk along Brighton Beach and the Lakewalk to Lake Superior Brewery. Lunch from Falenstin- both wonderful!

The View was Fantastic! Multiple spaces for everyone to enjoy inside and out . All of the things we needed in the kitchen . Well insulated

Beautiful home, well appointed and the view was stunning. Walkable to Lester Park and Brighton Beach. Tabitha was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place! Spacious, very clean, cozy. Had everything we needed. The huge bathtub was a plus! Loved walking on the beach just behind the house. A definite must if you are planning a visit to Duluth. Highly recommend. Excellent hosts. Can't wait to book again:)

Lakeview Tea was the perfect location for a girls weekend. Jennifer was a responsive host and the space she has designed is very thoughtful and tastefully decorated. She has a great guest information book that we all appreciated for everything about our stay as well as some really good recommendations for the area. We all loved the view! It feels like you are sitting over the water. Springtime is a bit chilly in Duluth but we were still able to sit out on the veranda and enjoy the warmth of the sunshine. This location is perfect, as it sits right on the lakewalk. We walked for miles in both directions along the lake. You really don't need a car. We enjoyed Jennifer's suggestion of Va Bene, a lovely Italian restaurant right next door. I find myself trying to come up with reasons to get back to Duluth...but only if Jennifer's space is available!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront gem on Park Point! Easy beach access was a dream, and Marty McFly (our pup!) gave it two paws up for being so dog-friendly. The location was perfect for strolling to Canal Park's restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient Duluth getaway!

This rental has it all for any couple who wants to experience the beauty of Lake Superior and be able to walk to just about everything in Duluth. We explored the North Shore by car during the day and the city by foot in the evening. The view is so mesmerizing it's hard to close the curtains at night and miss the early sunrise, if you're lucky you can watch a ship passing through the famous lift bridge too.

Lovely rental right on Lake Superior. The photos are great but it’s even more lovely in person. Clean, well stocked kitchen. Good sized, modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. Host extremely responsive and communicative.

Comfortable, uncluttered, quiet. Close enough to state parks AND to towns without being too busy with either. Deer visitors daily. Loon calls! Beautiful view of Lake Superior.

This was our second time staying here, and we absolutely LOVE Uncle Bob's Cabin! It's quiet, quaint, rustic, wonderful sunrise hews and sunset views this time of year...it's simple, and simply lovely. Our pups are a big fan of the green space and yard, local squirrels and deer roaming every morning...it's perfect for a getaway to spend time with family for the holiday. We will be back! Thank you!

The cabin was comfortable and we loved the location. Its right off of a quiet beach and walking distance from the pier; it really is the best of both worlds! We highly recommend staying here. Kathy was great to work with.

Beautiful space. It is perfect for two, we squeezed four in and we were comfortable, but certainly close. The proximity to the lake, hiking, the city, and room to roam on the property is unmatched. Fantastic stay, responsive hosts, wonderful all the way around! In small space, plan for items like doing dishes or having a low-impact cooking experience. Everything is there, but one plate per person, etc. So plan for a few extra supplies if you want a serving plate and eating plate, etc. l

We stayed Brian’s Dowling Lakefront Lodge with my husband’s family to celebrate Christmas! We had a wonderful stay, the cottage had everything we needed and more for our stay. The game room was a big hit and the younger kiddos even enjoyed sledding on the lake. The listing is as shown - the house has so much character and the bedrooms all have different sleeping arrangements which worked great for our group. There are 2.5 bathrooms but only 1 shower but that was not an issue for our group. The game table in the family room provided an extra spot for multiple game options. The property was easy to find thanks to the clear instructions/directions Brian provided. He was a very responsive host and easy to work with! We went to Bentleyville and we also went to Manitou Falls. Fantastic stay, we will be back! Thank you!

This was my 4th or 5th stay. Love the location. We always enjoy the free firewood. The hosts are great at checking in to make sure that everything is going well. We will be back! Thanks for another great stay.

The cabin was everything we hoped it would be and more. We walked in and instantly felt comfortable, as if we’ve been going there our entire lives. The host was also very welcoming. We will definitely be returning.
