The hosts were great. Very considerate and allowed for early check in. The family was very comfortable there for 3 weeks with WiFi that was strong, working kitchen and hot water in the bathrooms. It was easy to access everything near by, by walking and felt very safe as well.

The 4 stories building is actually Mr. Ngoc's private house and office at the same time. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other on the 3rd one. There's no lift, so we kept our luggages on the ground floor bedroom and stayed at the 3rd floor one which is quite spacious and fits for 4 people. The bathroom is clean and has all the toiletries we need. We could do the laundry on the 4th floor, and washing soap is also provided. Mr. Ngoc speaks fluent English, thus he's friendly and helpful. Btw, he spilled to us his plan to renovate the ground floor and we think it would turn out to be sophisticatedly great. Once again, thanks Mr Ngoc for your hospitality and sharing your place with us. I stayed two month in this clean and beautiful apartment and I would always come again! A very friendly and personal contact to the owner made it really great!

This apartment is outstanding, and the host is what Air BNB is all about. It was perfect. Very clean, great location, safe, family oriented, lots a walking areas, two pools, excellent gym. Its about one hour from the airport, but its totally worth it. If you want a peaceful apartment to go home to after walking the night markets, this is it. At night the whole place and buildings are lit up with LED lights, its spectacular. They turn off at 2100hrs. The host, once again is the best i have ever dealt with. Very accommodating, prompt and pleasant to deal with. highly recommend.

Vesper’s place is right in the heart of the Old quarters. For first time visitors to Hanoi, this place offers the best launch pad to explore the surroundings. Location : There are tons of shopping , food and sight seeing options. Everything is walkable. The best part is you can just walk around , shop and then go to the room to take a short break before setting off out again in the evening. It doesnt get better than this. Room : The beds are comfortable and the living space is cosy enough for 4 adults to sit and chill. Most important for me was that the AC worked really well & the bathroom water pressure was just right to relax a nice shower after a long day Host : Vesper is kind, friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility around our check in times and accommodating a friend last moment. She was quick to respond and help us with directions and other helpful tips. Verdict : 12/10 will recommend to stay here for your Hanoi sojourn

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. It was clean and very well located in the centre of Hanoi. Kim was very friendly and always responded promptly.

We had a good time at Jasmine’s place. Great location in Trang An. The pool is fantastic for chilling and we enjoyed a good breakfast (included) every morning. We could cycle everywhere or easily catch a Grab. The host was extremely helpful - organised private airport transfer, always responded quickly and she was overall just a very kind, friendly person. The room was a bit smaller than it looked on the photos but the 4 of us ended up enjoying our stay. Most important of all - great AIR-CONDITIONING

Such a gorgeous establishment with great privacy. Loved the natural and peaceful vibe. Would stay again in a heart beat. Even though many reviews state noise is an issue, I didn’t find it to be a problem with noise cancelling headphones in. Even earplugs would be fine. The location is central to all the fun things Hanoi has to offer, in the heart of a bustling city. Anyone that has lived in a city would find the noise standard. All that there was to do makes this an excellent location. Would stay every time I visit.
