Cosy, clean and quiet with beautiful views. Situated amongst nature and only a short drive to Healsville for groceries, boutique shopping and cafes. Stephen was accommodating and was happy to help us with local recommendations.

The house was as described- clean, neat, comfortable for a family, and well equipped with all the necessities. We had an amazing time, and Dd is such a great host.

We had a great time staying at Paul and Dan’s place. It looks exactly like the photos - modern, spacious and very clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Not only is it surrounded by some great restaurants and cafes, but it’s also in walking distance to the tram in case you want to head further into the CBD. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking to stay in Southbank.

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we required and more. It was an ideal location for us to attend a nearby wedding, and we enjoyed exploring Healesville too. The view from the balcony was incredible, and we loved watching all the birds in the morning.

Frank was great to communicate with and very accommodating, even with last-minute changes. Frank's home is wonderful, spacious and very clean. The Balcony is to die for, and I wrote a chapter for my next book on the swinging chair. The only slight disappointment was that the pool is actually a pond. You can dip in it, but it is not for swimming laps it is relatively small and full of fish. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life, endlessly quiet, beautiful sunrises from the comfort and warmth of your bed.
