Sehr nette Kommunikation, flexibel beim Check-In und insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Man merkt, dass sich Mühe gegeben wird :)

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Wir waren zwar nur für eine Nacht in der Wohnung, aber wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles top gepflegt, toll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie dort (zwei Kids, ein Baby) und es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Der Check-in war total problemlos und auch die Kommunikation mit Lira lief super (immer schnelle Antworten und sehr lieb ☺️) Ich kann die Wohnung also nur empfehlen ✨

Bäcker & kl. "Tante-Emma-Laden" 3 Min. zu Fuß. Im Kühlschrank& Gefrierschrank stehen ebenfalls Dinge zur Verfügung sowie Kaffeepads und Teebeutel. Bezahlt wird auf Vertrauensbasis ins Schweinchen. Unsere Jungs freuten sich über die tolle Rasenfläche für Federball. Fußball wäre auch möglich gewesen. Die Klosterkirche ist wunderschön. Blaubeuren/Blautopf ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt viel in der Gegend zu entdecken. Unser verlängertes Wochenende war die Reise auf jeden Fall wert.

Super Lage, nahe bei der U-Bahn Station, gute Restaurants/Café's in der Nähe (Gans Woanders). Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und ruhig. Sarah und Fabian waren sehr symphatisch und entgegenkommend beim Check-Out. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine sehr guter Möglichkeit für einen schönen Aufenthalt in angenehmer städtischer Umgebung - gleichzeitig aber auch sehr ruhig. Ein Highlight war die große Terrasse. Viele Möglichkeiten, sich die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Augsburg fussläufig anzusehen. Insgesamt eine großzügige, saubere, fantastische Unterkunft- wir kommen gerne wieder

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

Que dire de la maison de Julian à part que c’est vraiment une perle rare. C’est un havre de paix, très bien entretenu avec des installations dignes d’un grand hôtel à proximité de Munich. La maison donne envie d’y rester plus longtemps, malheureusement nous n’étions que de passage pour une nuit, mais cela nous a suffit pour nous rendre compte du très haut standing de cette maison. Un très grand écran dans le salon, où l’on peut se lover dans de larges canapés très accueillants…et tout cela donne sur une terrasse également très belle, avec son petits étangs et ses poissons rouges. Tout était parfait, notre hôte Julian, très réactif et amical, la maison dans son ensemble située dans un excellent quartier aux portes de Munich. Excellentes literies. Salles de bain parfaites…que dire de plus, à part que nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin. PS: la machine à café (à grain) professionnelle est excellente, merci pour tout et surtout pour l’attention portée aux détails

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Great location for the Messe and concert, easy train access into Munich, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants close by. Spacious house, quiet and comfortable

Wir haben hier ein perfektes Wochenende verbracht! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Küche war super ausgestattet. Daniel war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder her!

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος! Πεντακάθαρα παντού, φανταστική περιοχή κοντά σε όλα τα μέρη. Η Ildi είναι καταπληκτική οικοδέσποινα, πολύ εξυπηρετική και όλα κύλησαν υπέροχα!

Das Haus ist sehr modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet – wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeberin: äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren für eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft und waren total happy! Easy Check-In und Out, toll ausgestattete Küche, schöne Terrasse, heimisch eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer. Sehr empfehlenswert auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt! ⭐️

Foi uma estadia perfeita. Chegamos muito cansados da viagem e na geladeira havia leite, suco, pão, queijo, ovos, manteiga, salame, água gelada mais cápsulas de café na bancada. Nos sentimos acolhidos logo ao chegar no apartamento. A Vivi é muito rápida em responder mensagens e deixou o apartamento impecável para nossa chegada além de instruções claras por escrito o que facilitou muito nossa vida. A localização é ótima. Transporte público muito próximo. Quero voltar mais vezes a cidade e me hospedar nesse lugar maravilhoso.

Nous sommes revenus chez Mitra pour la 5eme fois et cela est toujours aussi parfait. l appartement est toujours super propre est très bien rangé. Le lit est extra. la salle bains est magnifique et très spacieuse avec beaucoup de serviettes moelleuses. La cuisine et sa grande terrasse est tres bien equipee et parfaite. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Elke mit unseren 2 Kindern (2 und 7) und bedanken uns herzlichst. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und mega sauber.
