Arrived a couple of hours early to find I did not have the unit gate lock code. A phone call fixed that. The apartment was spacious and well maintained with a very usable balcony. The kitchen was well stocked but had no oven nor condiments. The 2 and half bathrooms were well supplied but not with bath soap. All in all the place was very liveable and right at the beach of a very vibrant neighborhood. The hosts were very solicitous and stayed in contact via text. You have to pay additionally for the electricity you use.

This house is AMAZING! Exactly what you see in the pictures if not better! STUNNING!!! Property is beautiful, very spacious and VERY clean. We loved the location, close to everything in the city, private and very safe! Carlos and Adamirka are great hosts. Very responsive and attentive, always checking in if we needed anything. They make you feel at home and have awesome perks; from having a vehicle available for rent right at the property to also having a chef available for whenever you don’t wanna go out at a great price! Kitchen is also very equipped and they provide a pantry with some essentials and water! This has been my fav place to stay, A LOT BETTER THAN A RESORT! We will definitely stay here every time we go to DR. Thank you Carlos and Adamirka, we will be back very soon!

Nos encantó el apartamento bien espacioso y fresco, el balcón nuestro lugar favorito las fotos no le hacen justicia a la hermosa vista. Se respira aire fresco y mucha paz. John excelente host muy atento en todo momento. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme, la pasamos súper.

El lugar es hermoso, muy tranquilo y el apartamento es MUY comodo y muy bien mantenido. Llegamos a un apartamento donde se nota se ha cuidado con atención a detalle. Raquel es una excelente anfitriona. Siempre disponible y atenta. Muy flexible y clara. Definitivamente volvemos.

Perfect place for use as home base to visit all the beaches in the sorrounding area. The host are great so is the property. The only drawback has nothing to do with the property itself, but rather with the residential area, which is still under development. They could improve the security personnel situation, as the area still feels quite isolated due to the ongoing construction. Aside from my positive recommendation, everything related to the property itself was perfect. I would stay again 100%

My husband and I were both celebrating our birthday and this location was perfect and peaceful. We ate at all the restaurants and all of the food was good and so was the service, I recommend getting a golf cart just so you can explore all of the resort. We loved our stay and we will be back, thank you Sebastian for your hospitality we really appreciate it.

Great place to stay! Food is right around the corner and lots of stores and shopping mall near as well. The apartment is spotless with 24 hour security as well so nothing to worry about. Would absolutely stay here again as the hosts are very responsive and welcoming.
