Our stay at this villa was truly wonderful! It was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, with a warm pool that was a highlight. The small BBQ was also a great touch. Our host was incredibly responsive and made us feel very welcome. We felt completely safe the entire time, and the security was excellent – we really appreciated how thoroughly they checked cars to ensure only registered guests were on the property. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I really enjoyed my first visit to the DR at Alex’s place. The resort was great for families and people of all ages. It was quite large, but there were shuttles that ran regularly if you wanted to explore the grounds. VIP was okay- you will never get a buzz off the all inclusive alcohol lol so don’t go for the drinks! It is very close to the ocean and if you don’t mind all the harassment from the resort you can have a good time. They want you to buy, and in order to enjoy most of the real VIP treatment, you have to buy. I thought this place was great for families and if you are a smoker, it’s paradise. Smoking is allowed, but it is not overwhelming if you are a non-smoker because everything is in the open. I would come back for the overall value- the service was great for the most part, and I met lots of locals, Canadian and American tourists who made my stay more enjoyable. Alex was responsive to questions pretty quickly.

House was exactly as described ! Restaurants and strip was right outside the community. We had an amazing time enjoying Airbnb and all spots around. Cap Caribe was a great excursion just 10 min away walking! Host was very communicative and helpful. She sent security right away to help us with questions we had. I would definitely come back again!

Excelente anfitrión, siempre atento. La casa estaba mucho mejor de lo que se aprecia en fotos. la playa inigualable. El servicio o personal que está de apoyo en la casa hizo que aun fuera más placentera la estadia

Excelente alojamiento, nos enviaron hasta vino de cortesía, es anfitriones. limpio, que se siente como un hogar, tiene muy buenos utensilios de cocina para las cocineras, el río aunque no nos pudimos bañar, se ve que en buen tiempo es cristalino y muy bueno para pasar una tarde de río. Todo estuvo excelente y volveremos a repetir. Gracias a los anfritiones.

El lugar es maravilloso, limpio, acogedor un excelente lugar para pasar en familia. La verdad es que nos encantó y pensamos volver, la casa está bien equipada y nos guardaron un regalito para disfrutar la verdad es que la pasamos muy bien en familia. Si buscas tranquilidad esta es la mejor opción.

This was our first time in the DR. Honestly our experience was way better than we could imagine and a lot of that was due to the comfort and peace of mind Osvaldo provided us from the moment we made it. The first night we went to a local restaurant about 6 minutes from the house and Osvaldo came by and introduced himself and let us know he is simply a call away. Throughout our stay we experienced some bad weather (flooding) Osvaldo came out to check on us to make sure we were good. Just the fact of knowing we had someone looking out for us in a place that was foreign for us was comfort that is hard to describe. Thanks Osvaldo to you and the locals that made our stay amazing !!!!!!!! We will be back #houston
