Un endroit magnifique. Le plus bel endroit pour vivre à Cabarette. Les gens sont gentils, l’endroit est très propre. La piscine est de belle grandeur pour faire des longueurs. Prendre des grandes marches sur la plage. Le service de ménage hebdomadaire. Les serviettes de plage. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance d’avoir la terrasse sur le toit mais quand elle sera faite ce sera encore plus magnifique 🤩. Service de restaurant accessible sur le site pour dîner/souper et boissons alcoolisées. À distance de marche des épiceries, bars et restaurants aux menus variés. Luïs répond très rapidement à toutes les demandes. Tout est parfait dans ce super condo!

Enjoyed our month here. It's located on a peaceful and safe plaza right beside the beach. Christopher is a very genuine and responsive. I didn't get the cleaners name but she's also exceptional. I highly recommend getting up early to watch stunning sunrises on the beach! All the best guys!

One of my favorite parts of this trip to the DR was waking up before the sun and drinking coffee while overlooking the ocean at sunrise. This was a great stay and I’ll be returning when I can!

El apt. esta súper bien ubicado solo sales, cruzas la calle y listo ya está en la playa. La cocina equipada completamente, la Tereza muy amplia. Es súper cómodo para familias y grupos de amigos.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine . La piscine était extraordinaire,cependant beaucoup de cailloux sur la plage . Le loft est très bien situé et c’est un endroit très tranquille , sécuritaire ,paisible et nous avons trouvé de bons restaurants pour aller manger . Toutefois pour certains restaurants, nous devions prendre un taxi pour s’y rendre . Nous nous sommes bien reposé et le lit était très confortable .

La casa es preciosa, espaciosa, organizada y super limpia, todo funciono a la perfección. El lugar es muy bonito, tranquilo y mucha seguridad. La señora Virginie es muy amable, siempre estuvo pendiente de que nuestra estadía fuera excelente. 100% recomendada.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!! Looked just like the pictures, was close to many restaurants and markets. Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. 24 hour security at the gate. It’s also a 8-10 minute uber ride to clubs and bars. Alberto was very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend this airbnb!! 10 out of 10!!

The place is spacious, comfortable, and squeaky clean, with ocean views and a wonderful terrace. The penthouse had everything we needed to make our six night stay perfect. It's just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars (but without any of the noise), pharmacy, shops, and in the other direction just one minute walk to a well stocked mini-market. Jose is one of the most helpful, proactive, and responsive hosts we've ever met. Some of the features we especially appreciated were the many full bathrooms so we could all shower at the same time, the nice pool and hot tub (can be heated if you ask) in the complex's private courtyard, the secure parking lot for the car we rented and for airport taxi drop off and pick up, and the nearly silent yet powerful air-conditioning, though most of the time the ocean breeze was enough to keep us cool. Highly recommended!

Raul's place is amazing! The apartment is super comfortable, spotless, and really well furnished. I especially loved the beach view—it's right in front of the apartment and it's nice to see and walk by. Raul was very friendly and welcoming! I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay there again

I watched the sunrise over the ocean from my bed! Spectacular panoramic view of the sea and clouds with windows that open wide to the sea breeze. A dream. Stefan is great. This place is a gem.

We are 3 retired seniors who travel together. We really appreciated each having our own bedroom with a full bath for each. The apartment was clean and spacious with all the amenities we would need. It was located in a quiet area close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and stores. Iris was very good with explaining all about the property and the area. The shining star was property manager Roger who was both informative and extremely friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area. Thank you Iris and Roger.

We had a wonderful stay at Christian’s apartment! The place was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable short stay. The property is well maintained, and the complex is very secure and in excellent condition, giving us peace of mind throughout our visit. The pool and beach are absolutely pristine, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Las Terrenas. On top of that, Christian was always available whenever we had a question, making the experience even smoother. Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-kept, secure, and hassle-free place to stay!

Love Nelson’s place! Rooms are very comfortable and common areas are bigger and nicer than the pictures even! Loved how responsible and flexible Nelson was with us!

Beautiful and private! Such a relaxing setting with beautiful views, secluded beaches and amazing pools. We loved walking to the restaurant and along the beaches, and how few people there were in this area!

We stayed here as a group of 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 15, 10, 5, and 1), and it was a fantastic experience. The kids had a blast, and we really enjoyed our time as well. The service was excellent, the property was clean, beautifully landscaped, and very spacious. This spot is a hidden gem right in the heart of Punta Cana. It beats the all-inclusive resorts with its peaceful, uncrowded beach, large pool, and overall relaxed vibe. The guests we met were super friendly and respectful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
