This retreat is ideally situated to fully enjoy the splendour that the Norfolk countryside and coastline have to offer.

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Nearby villages include Brancaster, Burnham Market, Thornham and Holme-next-the-Sea, all of which are within a four to seven mile drive of The cottage.

Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches. Takeaways and pub restaurants locally.

(NB. the opposite end from pub & shop.) The cottage is located just 4 miles from the Norfolk Heritage Coast with easy access to great dog walks, bird sanctuaries, nature reserves and cycle paths. Naturally Norfolk are small independent holiday property owners who offer simple, accommodation at a sensible price.
