This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

This unique stone house is situated on the waterfront in Dobrota, only 5 meters away from the sea. On the ground floor of the house (which is air-conditioned) there is an open concept kitchen, living room with 2 large sofas, led tv screen, firespace and small library,dining room with dining table for 6 persons and bathroom with shower. Wooden stairs are leading to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath.
