We welcome our guests to roam and explore our 12+ acres, feel free to try out our canoe or paddle boat on the pond, birdwatch, and enjoy local hiking spots and points of interest like Lake Solano, and Lake Berryessa. The town of Winters is 10 minutes away and has wonderful restaurants and wine bars featuring local fare.

Light filled second floor studio apartment with private entrance. Property built in 2018 with access to bike path and BUS STOP. 20 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive to UD Davis campus. Grocery stores and Target close by. Sacramento is a 22 minute drive . Dedicated parking space for one vehicle, full size washer/dryer, fast wifi. Kitchenette with all basic amenities. Queen size Tuft & Needle Mint mattress and full size bathroom with walk in glass shower.

This house has an updated kitchen with the basic cooking necessities. Get a good nights sleep in the comfortable bedrooms after relaxing on the rear screened-in porch.
