I had a fantastic stay at Lyn’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was great, close to everything. Lyn was a wonderful host—very friendly and always quick to respond. I truly appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommended!

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

This apartment was beautiful and clean, would stay here again if I came back to Ho Chi Minh.

Host Thao was super friendly and responsive. She let us keep our luggage both before check-in and after checkout, which was really helpful. The washing machine with dryer made things so convenient for our trip. Our kid loved the place! Plus, there’s a fruit juice cart and a small grocery store right outside.very handy!

If you love unconventional stays that feel like a creative escape, you’ll appreciate its character (though it may not suit those who prefer a traditional setup). A few practical notes: The staircase is quite steep, so travelers with large luggage might find it challenging. Also, nearby construction can lead to occasional daytime noise—something to consider if you're sensitive to sound. Despite this, the host was communicative and made check-in easy. A memorable stay for the right traveler!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Our group of seven was very comfortable in the spacious and clean house. The check-in process was seamless, making our arrival stress-free. I had an excellent stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and professional—any issues that came up were handled quickly and with care. The location is ideal: central enough to access everything easily, but tucked away just enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The property is patrolled by security, so it feels very safe—great for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Street vendors aren’t allowed on the premises, which keeps the area peaceful. There are several convenience stores and coffee shops nearby, and ride services can find you easily. It’s also just a five-minute walk to District 1 by crossing the bridge right outside to get to Saigon Centre, Ben Thanh Market, Walking Street, and other popular areas! I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

公寓的地理位置非常方便，晚上睡觉也非常安静。虽然这次我们入住的时间有点晚，但是Xiu一直在线为我们服务，她的即时回复，让我们安心不少。如果下次有机会再来胡志明，我也会选择住在这里。

Had a great experience! Clean and cozy, and check in and out was a breeze. A man named "Mr T" met me on day one, escorted me to the unit and gave me instructions and the door code. He was super friendly and super responsive to my texts too. Unit has AC in it, which is a must as Vietnam is really hot/humid. Also, the hot water was intense, lol. I normally take hot showers but the hot water in the unit was on steroids!! I had to put the shower on medium to get the temperature I like. Location is great, as many things are super close by and within walking distance. Cafe Co Ba is a great cafe, and is located at the base of the building. There are also three separate convenience stores at the base, to include a 711. The building also has security, and the guard named Lam is a wonderful and helpful guy. If I was to give any negative it would be that the unit is on the 16th floor of the building, which just required a little bit more time on the elevator. I recommend this place!

Great unit with all we needed and as described. Fantastic location, walkable to many major points of interest. Victor is a terrific host, very responsive, helpful and kind. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was very modern and very clean. Pillows are comfortable and bed as well. Supermarket downstairs. Close to city but still quiet area. Would recommend. The host was very nice too.

Annie was very accommodating and patient. We were late to our agreed meetup time and yet she was still patient and understanding. Very good host!

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

Good apartment, clean and tidy.

Centrally located near market, nightlife, restaurants and street food everywhere. Spacious two bedroom, two bathroom perfect for family of four or two couples. Huge balcony offered stunning skyline views in multiple direction. Quiet, clean, and safe thanks to building security and staff. Highly recommend this condo.

Everything worked well. Communication was smooth. Everything was like in the description. We had a great time.
