This is a gorgeous, renovated and spacious 1 bedroom private apartment in the prime of Cabbagetown! Bright, light and airy, charming basement apartment with above ground windows, so it does not feel like a basement.... feels like part of a home with tons of natural sunlight. We have designed this space with a classic/mid-century modern feel and tons of cool editorial artwork :) The space is upgraded with all new appliances (stainless steel throughout the kitchen and a high end Miele washer/dryer for all your deluxe laundry needs) and designer furniture throughout.
