The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a coffee machine. The open plan living area has a log burner creating a warm and comfortable place to relax. All guests receive a welcome pack on arrival

In the heart of a friendly, medieval village with gastro pub. Also a coffee shop a few doors away serving delicious meals and snacks. There's a general store closeby. We have an art gallery/office attached for your use and enjoyment. 40 mn drive to Broads, seaside and Norwich , a historic, cultural city.

Self-contained accommodation overlooking the river Waveney with full kitchen, dining and lounge area (including reclining sofa, smart TV and wifi), upstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite. The stairs are very steep (see photo). Allocated parking. Bistro table and chairs outside your door, plus a bench right by the water.
