My family and I really enjoyed staying here. George was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Great restaurants nearby and minutes away from skiing @ Big Boulder. I recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future.

Kenroy was an exceptional host! He was responsive, flexible, helpful and the house was everything we could’ve wanted for the weekend. Kenroy was accommodating as stayed during the winter months. This was our first time visiting Livingston Manor, and Kenroy was excellent in providing recommendations for the area. We had the most beautiful Easter weekend at this lovely Airbnb in the Poconos! The house was cozy, spotless, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. From the peaceful mountain views to the charming decor, every detail made our stay feel special and relaxing. A big thank you to Magdalena for her awesome service—she was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy time with family. It's a beautiful place for a low-key family hangout. It was exactly as shown and described in the listing. A perfect little getaway in upstate New York. Just a few minutes drive from a small town with cute little shops. Everything was in perfect working order and stocked with books and games. We loved it so much we hardly left except for a quick shopping run and a walk in town. Niral & Elizabeth were so responsive and their e-guide was so detailed. 10/10

The proximity to town was excellent. Peaceful, comfortable, clean. Very walkable, but the steep hill to/from town was a bit challenging. There is a memorial garden across the street, which was a beautiful alternative to walking the on the street. The neighbors warned us of Momma bear and cubs on the property at sundown and sun up. We used extra caution coming and going during those times. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful spacious home on hill with a mountain range view. The host told us about a hike that started in the neighborhood and it led to a pond and creek, which our whole family loved. Then Kingston restaurants were a very short drive to enjoy. The host left little snacks which I thought was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed.

Sarah’s place is very spacious! The neighborhood was very quiet (I was there on a weekend) especially compared to the experience of my friends who stayed in the middle of Newburgh. It was the perfect space to wind down in at the end of the day. The house does make noise but Sarah is upfront about that and I didn’t think it was that bad! I also enjoyed the tech free space, that was a feature for me.

Glenn's rustic cabin was ideal for what we love to do... tour a given region searching out historic bridges and churches, soak up the vibe of a river, buy something, anything, from a mom & pop general store in the middle of nowhere, just disconnect and enjoy ourselves undisturbed. The fireplace was highlight. Nothing beats that on a chilly morning over a hot cup of coffee. If you're looking for a sterile, white linen experience, look elsewhere. If you want to stay in a real cabin and do real cabin things, then book a stay with our friend Glenn.

Absolutely Wonderful! This was our first time staying at Sue's Cabin and it was perfect! The cabin was super clean and all the little special touches that Sue provided like slippers, a record player with records and kitchen/bathroom supplies were greatly appreciated. Everything you needed was at your finger tips. The cabin was beautifully decorated and the perfect size for us. We really enjoyed hanging out on the porch taking in all the scenery. It was the perfect mini getaway, I just wish it was longer. Looking forward to coming back! Thanks Sue!

The cabin was great, especially the coffee! We enjoyed a lot! The view is beautiful in the woods. The hosts respond quickly and accommodating, and provide all amenities as needed. Recommend it if you are looking to stay away from city life and enjoy a cozy cabin.

Timothy's cabin was so nice! It was clean, easy to find, and had great outdoor space. We felt right at home! We also appreciated that it was pet friendly as well. Would stay at his property again for sure.

My husband and I loved our stay at Bill's cabin. The property is so private and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting around the campfire and also relaxing in the hot tub. Thanks for all of the firewood. We enjoyed using the wood splitter! The beautiful waterfall was so close to the house and we loved hearing it at the cabin. The inside of the cabin was clean and cozy. Cooking all of our meals was a joy in the well stocked kitchen. Bill provided detailed directions and a pleasure to communicate with during our stay. We enjoyed hiking on State Game Land 159 trails. The area is beautiful and we saw a lot of wildlife. Next time we visit we'll bring our kayaks and check out some of the nearby ponds. Looking forward to visiting soon!

Our stay was wonderful. The cabin is a lot more spacious in my opinion than the photos show which was great. The common area is very spacious. there are enough grils for multiple cabins to cook at once. their is an outdoor full fridge as well. The hot tub was wonderful. We played corn hole, connect 4 and ring toss. We didnt use the fire pit but the area around it is nice. The 4 cabins are close to each other but private enough. The cabin was very clean and we had a nice getaway. We will definitely be back and enjoyed our stay.
