This place is hard to reach out as there are steep turns and if you aren’t an experienced driver you may have difficulty getting up there. But you can always find a place to park somewhere and walk all the way up to the location. Now coming to the actual place . It’s surrounded by greenery . It’s located at a higher altitude and is a slow leisurely 30 minute walk to the Naini lake. The house is exactly as it’s in the image with a mesmerising view. The host was very welcoming and soft spoken. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did.

Saddam is a very great host and we really enjoyed our stay at his place. The view from the room upstairs was very relaxing. The house is not very far from the Dhela and Jhirna gates if going towards Jim Corbett. Nainital is a 2 hours drive away. We also really enjoyed the Halva prepared for us the second day. Thank you for hosting us.

My stay at this cozy mountain property was an absolute delight. The interior of the place was beautiful and made it felt like a home away from home. The property location is amazing, so calm and peaceful amidst of mountains. One should definitely take a walk down the village there for beautiful views. The host was super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for an awesome stay experience.

recently visited nupur's place and loved the property 1.The property had beautiful scenic view 2.the food there was really amazing kuddos to the chef 3.they serve you some foods that are grown by them(organic farming) 4.the staff there was humble.greeted us with sweet smile 5.nupur herself was available for all the queries and support(great host) 6.the room was excellent,clean and beautifully designed 7.kailash ji helped me for all the birthday plannings as well as for the swift check in 8.breakfast arranged by them in their forest was cherry on the top over all it was really a great experience.loved the place and hospitality indeed the name sukoon matches the vibes there overall

Great place to cut you off from the city life. Pankaj ji (host) was always reachable and responsive. Bunty ji and Balam singh ji made our stay very comfortable. Food was good as well. The place is actually into the wilderness. we spoted barking deer and Sambar deer from the balcony itself. Its kids friendly. We will visit here again.

Tulip was a peaceful and serene retreat. It’s a lovely property, making it a perfect getaway. The host has carefully picked and designed the place like his own home, and hence the stay is absolutely comfortable. We could spot variety of birds. It took us about 6 hours from Gurugram with a break. The roads are good throughout.. The final approach road can be slightly challenging, so SUVs or high-clearance vehicles are recommended. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a quick weekend.

We had an amazing time at Bobby's place in Majkhali. The house is lovely, with every comfort inside, and walks and views all around. The taxi was able to take us right to the front door, which we later realised is a rare luxury. The best part of the house is the large seating/sleeping arrangement with windows on three sides which is superb in the afternoon sun and gives gorgeous wide views the whole day. The house also has an open terrace as well as a nice big garden - we wished we had our dogs with us! There's pine forest all around, it's a short walk down to the village nearby. It's a slightly longer walk to the larger Majkhali market, which is where daily need groceries are available, so it is advisable to carry some of your own groceries/needs with you [from one of the larger towns on the way up, like Bhawali or Ranikhet]. The area does suffer from water problems, and we were asked to be careful and respectful of water usage. The only day we had an issue, with Bobby's help we were able to use the water from the rainwater harvesting tank. Bobby was extremely helpful throughout in fact- from the time of our booking onwards, and it immediately felt like we've made a new friend. He also put us in touch with plenty of local support, from taxi drivers to shopkeepers, which made our whole experience very smooth. We'll definitely be going back as soon as possible!
