Newly renovated in late 2024 and early 2025, both bungalows offer modern comforts while retaining their unique charm. It is a fully furnished private house with 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, maintenance room and terrace. Bedrooms have AC-s and ceiling fans, living room, kitchen and terrace have ceiling fans. A gorgeous swimming pool by the beach and the tropical dream view of the Indian Ocean few steps away!

The garden gate leads onto the Fort Ramparts , the lighthouse and beach below. The house is solar powered and not affected by power cuts.
