رقي بالتعامل وستجابه ولله المضيف يستحق التعامل معه اكثر من السكن نفسه رغم ان الشقه متعطره ونضيفه جدا ومرتبه لانك المضيف صراحه خدمه تعامل فوق الخيال

منزل متكامل للسكن متوفره جميع وسائل الراحة والترفيه

غير ان السكن تحفه فنيه وسعره اقل من حقه لو ما تلقى ترحيب محمد صاحب العقار

موقع ممتاز ومساحة واسعة وكل شي حولي

I stayed here for 3 nights and it became one of my best memories in Riyadh. The space is cozy and welcoming — it truly feels like a home away from home. I met amazing people from all over the world, and every evening felt like a little gathering of global friends. We’d cook in the kitchen, share meals, and have tea in the courtyard while chatting under the stars. A perfect spot for both travelers and those on short work trips. Highly recommend if you’re looking for community and comfort!

What an amazing property and location 10/10. Moments away from Kingdom Arena, Boulevard, shops, everything you need literally at your doorstep. Would highly recommend and I would definitely be coming same place next time.

Abdullah was very kind, helpful, and understanding. He always responded quickly and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The place was calm and quiet, and it really felt like home. It was a great and professional experience. Highly recommended!

Very nice apartment on the 54 floor of Burj Rafal and sharing the same building with JW Marriott. Views of north Riyadh and surrounded by restaurants. Shopping close by and 20 minutes to the airport. Great place.
