We had a wonderful stay at this lovely three-storey, four-bedroom house in Plymouth over the Easter break. The property was spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our group, which included several young people. Everyone felt right at home. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the harbour and the Barbican, with beautiful views and easy access to local shops, cafes, and attractions. It made exploring the historic charm of Plymouth effortless and enjoyable. The house itself was well-equipped, comfortable, and full of character. Each room was thoughtfully presented, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was the ideal base for a memorable Easter getaway. Highly recommend!

Couldn't rate Guy's house high enough. We totally loved it. It was a real home from home. It felt like a very loved home instead of just a place to stay in. We loved the woodburner (chilly nights). And the light - its a incredibly light house and built high up - so nothing in front of house except sky. Extremely well equipped, there was nothing we needed. Wonderful books to read about local history, seaweed collecting and loads of maps (which we love!).

The cottage is in a beautiful estate near the estuary and a short walk from the centre of the village. The village has great rating places such as the London Inn,the strand cafe and the Clipper cafe. The Ness pub has lovely views over the estuary. The cottage had a garage that could fit my large suv just ,and parking in the area could be found nearby. A great base for visiting around . Paignton Zoo was especially good as well as Brixham and Cockington . The cottage was warm and cosy and the kitchen was well stocked with what you need. Thank you for a great holiday.

Absolutely wonderful time in this beautiful house. Surroundings were stunning and we enjoyed the local pub, (The Globe) dog walks around Frogmore and visiting nearby Salcombe and Kingsbridge. We hired the whole house for 14 of us aged 9 years to 93 years of age and it was perfect for everyone. The customised artwork brings so much character to the house and ties in beautifully with the surrounding nature. We are planning our next visit!

An absolutely stunning property. Julie-Ann and Rich were incredibly welcoming hosts and there were lots of lovely little touches such as the breakfast goodies. The kitchen was superbly equipped and the whole property was very spacious. The linens and towels were really high quality and the beds were super comfortable. The views are incredible and it’s all very peaceful and relaxing. Being there at Christmas was very special with beautiful decorations and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly responsive and caring hosts; a very lovely stay in a very lovely home.

We had a great stay in the cottage: Calm and peaceful but with all amenities, and the jacuzzi is great after a day of hiking! Matt was super responsive and made our stay easy. We highly recommend to stay here for your stay in Devon!

We were a group of 7 adults (& baby) who absolutely loved staying at Richard's place. He & Ellie keep it meticulously clean & tidy, plus with a homely kitchen containing dried herbs, sauces etc for when cooking. The space is exactly as in the photos, with a great lounge to hang out in if weather too hot/cold, plus the outside area for when the weather is great. One large fridge plus another fridge. Beautiful, brightly coloured crockery. There was a bbq for us to use, with all the tongs etc - just bring charcoal & firelighters. Dining Room. Large drive, enough for 3 cars comfortably. More if willing to block in. There was an info book about bins & recycling, plus some cool art items to spot around the house. The back garden overlooks an allotment so is beautiful to hear all of the birds in the morning. 12 min walk into town if you're a fast walker. I would definitely recommend Richard's home - now my favourite Airbnb in the UK :-). Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

I had a lovely few days here! The house is cozy as can be, the property is gorgeous, and the hosts are so nice. They make you feel very at home. I loved walking around and exploring! Definitely recommend coming with your own call. It's not easy to get a taxi!

A perfect holiday home. Attention to detail was fantastic. Kitchen fully equipped even had a cocktail shaker! Comfortable beds and sofa. Log fire was amazing! Logs supplied which was a bonus Loved the bar and pool table! Would highly recommend and return:)

We stayed for three nights between Xmas and New Years 2024. The cottage is very cute and a cool place to stay. Its three minutes walk from the beach and perfect for taking the dog for a morning walk. The kitchen had everything we could need and the village has an excellent tapas restaurant and pub both a short walk from the building. We used on road car parking as our car is quite large, the garage opposite would provide parking if needed in the busier months and is easily operated with the key fob provided. Kerry was on hand to help with all our questions, most of which would have been answered if we had read her clear instructions properly! Thanks very much for letting us stay!

We had 4 fantastic days staying at Kaz’s perfectly situated place in the beautiful Noss Mayo. There was something for the whole family from grandparents to small kids. Kaz was so helpful and went out of her way to make it special with helpful advise, flexibility and not to mention the yummy doughnuts on arrival, which were a lovely treat.

We loved staying at Steve’s place! The cottage is exactly how it looks in photos. Clean, well-equipped, in a great location near to a fantastic cafe with soft play for kids. Large garden, close to the beach… everything you could ask for! Steve is very responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Gorgeous cottage , beautifully renovated . Cosy but functional . Hot tub was lovely to come back to after a long walk . Peaceful location but within easy drive of Fowey . Would definitely come again.

Just had a great few days stay, escaping our building works for some comfort. Slept so well, the bed was so comfy! Serina is a wonderful host. Would highly recommend

Such a beautiful stay. The lake is very well stocked, wasnt short of catching. Fish were very clean and active.

Stayed for 3 nights in the cabin. Hosts Rob & Corin were very friendly & helpful. The cabin is in a private garden, which is beautifully maintained, peaceful, with great views. The cabin has everything you need for a fabulous break, lovely log fire & the hot tub makes it extra special, so relaxing just watching the birds on the feeder& listening to the cows & sheep in the local fields. Will definitely return & will recommend to friends.

We stayed for a few days at this charming little cabin, and found a great place to stay. A short walk to bars and restaurants of Totnes and close enough to the moors for some exploring. We would be happy to stay here again.

Our stay was short and sweet but we loved it. Had everything we could ever need for 1 night and a lovely walk down to the beach, which our dog loved! We will definitely be back.
