On 3 acres with its own peninsula, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a floating third level loft fittingly named the Eagles Nest, unlike anything you've seen. Hop in the hot tub & sauna and take in the sounds of the river or cozy up by the fire listening to the vinyl record player.

Clink's cabin is comfortable and close to lake access, State park, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobile trails, wineries, and lots of area attractions. 1.2 miles to state park with public boat launch. 1.3 miles to Devoe beach/veterans pier. Snowmobile trail entrance .25 mile Within 30 minutes to everything Northern Michigan!! The River House, Custom Designed House on River

Welcome to The River House. Nestled along the Sturgeon River close to the heart of Indian River. This custom designed house features an open studio floor plan, with a queen bed and fold out sofa available. There is a full gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and a view of the river while cooking. Enjoy your time outside on the deck overlooking the river. In the summer months tubers and kayakers float down the river past the house regularly. Downtown Indian River is just a short distance.

The Retreat on Canal Street

Relax at our retreat on Canal Street! If you want to shop and have time in the city, Petoskey and Mackinac City are less than 30 minutes away or get to Traverse City in 45! Downtown Indian River is walkable and has everything you need too!If you are hoping for some time at the lake, Burt Lake and Mullett Lake are minutes away! You can access the beach with a kayaks or take a short drive to the public beach. In the winter, we are close to a few ski resorts and right on the snowmobile trail!

Beautiful cabin located at Reed's on the River Resort on the beautiful Sturgeon River. Built in the 1940's. Remodeled in 2024. Private bedroom w/full bath, second bathroom, kitchen, & stone fireplace. Second queen size bed full size futon round out the living room space. The cabin The Sturgeon River is well known tubing, kayaking and fishing . We will be available for any needs. We are very pet friendly but a pet policy and a pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, with a maximum fee of $250

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. A boat dock is available for docking your boat in the canal of the Indian River allowing you to cruise the River and reach Mullett or Burt lakes within minutes. This location is a beautiful, private setting with tons of outdoor living space to enjoy northern Michigan. You will be within walking distance to downtown Indian River where you can enjoy shopping, dining and some night life.

The Hummingbird House

Kick back and relax in this calm, serene space. Enjoy the views all year round; our back 'up north' room provides a peaceful nature setting for you to enjoy. A perfect location for all outdoor activities, our house is located just 0.2 miles from Indian River Marina with access to both Burt and Mullett Lakes. There is a snowmobiling/walking trail in the backyard. Go on a short walk to downtown Indian River for ice cream and shopping. It's a perfect Up North location!
