I had a fantastic stay in Detroit! Chris and Erin and were incredibly welcoming and communicative from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous—truly even better than the photos suggest. It was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home base from which to explore Corktown and downtown Detroit!

Great stay in a walkable and stylish industrial loft. Easy to access with a dedicated parking spot and located conveniently on the second floor. While it’s close to railroad tracks and you can hear trains a few times a day (and occasionally at night), the noise was minimal and not disruptive. The location is excellent—just steps away from restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. Check-in and checkout were seamless, with minimal instructions that made the process smoother than most Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and I’ll be booking again the next time I visit Ann Arbor!

You will not regret a stay here! The loft is so beautiful and the view of the skyline from the balcony is so stunning! The loft itself was super clean and well designed. It was also super walkable to some nice food and entertainment options. I can’t wait to come back.

Super apartment in the heart of Detroit, the space is huge and very cozy and comfortable with all the amenities one could ever need and more! The hosts are incredibly helpful and kind and it is always a pleasure to stay here!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in Milford. We stayed here for my daughter‘s wedding and were able to get ready with plenty of space and visit with our out of town guests. Easily walk to everything. Ed is a great host, he is very responsive. We look forward to staying here in the future.

Had a brilliant time staying at Adam’s Airbnb. Great location and a very accommodating host who was attentive to our every need. Would highly recommend - it’s a very cool spot. The ping pong table was a lot of fun and helped make it a unique stay. Thanks again!

Well thought out space with a cozy feel. Great natural light during the day. Excellent location great restaurants and stores just minutes walking. This is a unique and historical nieghborhood. It’s quiet and great restaurants and grocery is within walking distance. Also quick 10 minute drive to downtown Detroit.

10/10 Stay in a 10/10 Space! Don’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The location was perfect — just a short walk to Eastern Market and other Detroit gems. The loft itself is absolutely beautiful, with a sophisticated urban aesthetic and stunning views of downtown. Communication from Don was outstanding; even though we had no issues, he still checked in to make sure we were all good. Truly a top-tier experience from start to finish!

Super cute Airbnb with lots of character! Everything was super clean, well organized, and tastefully decorated. The carbon monoxide alarm in the kitchen just goes to show how much William cares about the guests. Will definitely come back if we return to Ann Arbor one day!

Loved the location, very close to many things to do! The space in the Airbnb was much bigger and better than excepted! If we ever have to come back to this area we would definitely stay here again. The hot-tub was an added bonus for us!

Betty’s Place was incredibly clean, accommodating and well worth the price. The space felt like home away from home. The excitement of the nearby downtown added to the experience and the river walk being so close was top notch. During our stay we had a few questions and Betty was quick to respond and never left us hanging. We can’t wait to travel back to Detroit and stay at Betty’s place again and would recommend this air bnb to others.

We stayed here in July and when we decided to travel to MI for the holidays, this was the first place we checked for availability. It is close to kids and grandkids in Ypsilanti and Dundee. We love the local restaurants and bars. The Airbnb is beautifully renovated with a wonderful kitchen and living area.
