As soon as you enter our 4th floor beachfront condo, you will leave all your cares behind and unwind while enjoying a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads. The condo was remodeled in Nov 2021. Brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV. We have Netflix and free high speed WiFi.

There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge.
