Maryke was super responsive. So quick to answer questions and advise accordingly. She kindly allowed us a late check out without issue. It was the perfect base for Ironman South Africa. The house is large, but yet homely. The house and gardens are immaculate. The pool (sole use) is a bonus! Secure parking just outside the front door. We always felt safe. Maryke is charming, professional and helpful. I thoroughly recommend her house to anyone thinking of visiting Port Elizabeth.

Johandre was very accommodating with our arrival time and ensured we were welcomed warmly. All our requests were promptly addressed, and both Johandre and Tersia were incredibly kind in attending to our needs. Although we experienced "water shedding" during our stay, they provided backup water, which was a huge help. Overall, our stay was fantastic – the apartment was clean, with modern fittings, and we felt completely at home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! :)

Sehr schönes und grosszügiges Apartment. Alles war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum Addo NP ist ideal für Tagesausflüge. Würden die Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen.

Rone's house is amazing. It was more and bigger than we expected. Rone put effort in a lot of details. She left toys for the kids, a little chocolate on our beds, the water tank filled, beach towels, little soaps and shower gels, etc. The kids didn't want to leave the house as there was so much to play. They also loved playing with the dogs every day. It's only a short walk to the beach and supermarkets, shops and restaurants are nearby. It's quiet, just out of the busy centre, but close enough to everything. We definitely recommend, especially when you have kids!

Maryke's Lodge was perfect. Sadly we only stopped over for a night so we were not able to enjoy the place enough but this house as everything and can accommodate so many people in separate spaces which makes it ideal for large groups sharing. Maryke was a perfect super friendly hostess that made our experience fast and seamless with checking in and leaving. She was extra generous with providing offroad parking and garage facilities for the bikes. The Perfect J-Bay Stop-over - Thank you 😊

We had such a nice stay at House Louise! We had family and friends stay with us and this is a great location for young children. The paddle courts are a plus on the property!

It was a pretty good user experience, as this was my first time using Airbnb app & booked on the day upon arriving in PE with my family. Very attentive and friendly host. Quick message response. The home had everything you needed, it was cosy & very welcoming. It was amazing to be in walking distance of the beach. It was clean with fresh towels even though we brought our own with. The only low score I would give is shops like looking for a woolworths is quite a stretch to drive but otherwise basic convienant stores were in the area where we were staying. There were alot of rules and we tried our best to stick to them consistently. Our host even booked a cleaning lady for us, even though Im OCD and cleaned. This was such a kind gesture. We would definately love to book this home again in the future.

Enjoyed the stay, kitchen is well equipped, sea view, close to all shopping centres, but still quiet place to stay.

Spacious living area, and lotsa rooms. Perfect for big families or group of friends. Walking distance to lagoon and beach. Perfect spot to spend the day, especially for the kids. Will definitely go back.

A great, value for money, secure, home-from-home spot for a family to be able to explore PE from. Clear simple instructions were perfectly adequate for us to settle in and make it home for 5 days, and on the one occasion we needed some assistance Daryl was quick to respond to help us out as best as possible. We were suitably impressed, both with the accommodation as well as with PE itself - Sardinia Bay (only 10 min away) was magnificent. Really enjoyed our stay.

Check- in was a breeze, Darren's place was clean and very modern with beautiful views of the Harbour. Had an awesome stay and would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

A beautiful home, we enjoyed it so much that we did not even want to go out for lunch/dinner. The home had everything we needed and more. The owner was very accommodating and left us so much extras to use while being there. Best AirBnB experience and owners i ever came across while traveling.

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Das Haus ist großzügiger als auf den Fotos. Es stand eine Flasche Wasser und Wein zur Begrüßung bereit. Alles war sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar Geschirr und Vorratsdosen für ein Picknick waren vorhanden. Der Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es passte alles wunderbar, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft und vor allem Bonnie weiter empfehlen.

This is a great house to stay whilst in the area. Hosts are very helpful and friendly. Nice welcome in the house. Facilities exactly as described. Easy walk to waterfront for supermarket, restaurants or just exploring the waterfront. We were a group of 4 and plenty of room /space for us and would be for a few more without feeling tight. Lovely place.

Extremely spacious apartment. Immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. Load shedding not a problem as WiFi ,TV and lights worked. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Paul hosted our family at his home during a very difficult time for us as a family - we lost our mom and grandmother, and came from Windhoek to PE my hometown, to lay her to rest. The home was precisely as it was listed and described. It was exceptionally clean and neat. The home provided us with a place of warmth, calm, space, peace and reflection we needed during this time. It also provided us with ample space to welcome our family and friends who came to comfort and sympathize with us during the week we stayed in PE. I cannot thank Paul and dearest Antoinette (property manager) enough for this opportunity. It was divinely orchestrated that our paths cross and we get to spend an unforgettable time in your home. wow! this house is absolutely stunning. we stayed as a large group of 5 households and there was no problem with space or rooms. There are multiple Braai areas which are just stunning and the pizza oven was a real crowd pleaser. The views from upstairs over the sea are stunning... as is the furniture!! sad that the beanbags arent delivered to the UK!! Sean was lovely at check in and so knowledgeable of the area. everything you need is nearby. would definitely return.. if we don't try and buy something similar nearby.. it's a lovely property in a spectacular location.

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful & spacious home. Away from the businesses of Jeffreysbay while still enjoying a beautiful beach view.

We had a lovely Easter Weekend getaway in Jeffrey's Bay. Ivete opened her gorgeous home to us. Everything.. from the location to the check out was great. A spacious, clean home with a breathtaking view of the canals. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay here. The place was spacious and had a lovely homely feel to it. Very relaxing. Although a bit cold during our stay, the children were still able to enjoy the garden, which was really nice. The location was great. A very safe neighbourhood and only about 15 minutes from the airport. Janet was lovely and really responsive to our queries. We would highly recommend.

We stayed there for two days, and what an experience. This is the place where your soul can find some rest after a stressful couple of weeks. Siting outside with a blanket early morning with a cup of coffee, looking at that view, hearing the waves crash in the distance, it is a kind of peace & tranquil I haven't experienced in a while. The place is extremely neat and have all the amenities that one should look for in your own house. The Hosts, Andre and Anjiali, are kind and welcoming people and next time we will definitely buy some of their bread.
